AMLI at Westcliff

Do I like this place? Of course! I’ve lived here for 4 years now. I’ve lived in a two bedroom and now a one bedrooom with a fireplace and mountain view. The prices have gone up and down over the 4 years I’ve been here and I expect it to go up again this year. I love the location, quiet for the most part, even though parts of it are next to Highway 36, but I don’t hear it once I’m inside my apartment.
I love the pool and jacuzzi, but the firepit is my favorite. There are lots of nearby trails to go walk my dog and its close to restaurants and shopping (like Super Target, Walmart and groceries).
It seems the best way to meet your neighbors is to have a dog :) Ive met so many of my neighbors and their dogs already.
As long as the rent doesn’t go up way too much this next time, I’ll more than likely stay again.

I have lived at AMLI at Westcliff for a year, and I find it to be one of the best apartment complexes around. There have been a couple of issues (e.g. garbage piling up at the single dumpster of the complex), but it is easily avoidable if you take advantage of their valet garbage pick-​up.
The floor plans are really nice — I live in the Diamond floor plan (3 bedroom) and LOVE it! The third bedroom (which has its own floor) is huge. My closet is as big as a bedroom itself. Each floor has its own personal thermostat so my sister and I don’t have to debate over what the temp should be. This floor plan has three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and four walk-​in closets!
Although I was concerned about the management when I first started living here, they turned out to be timely with their promises, and the maintenance always comes very quickly upon request.
Pros:
1. Great floor plans! Tons of space for a decent price.
2. Maintenance and management are timely and friendly.
3. Grounds are cared for and maintained.
4. Pet friendly.
5. Great location — close to Denver and Boulder as well as stores such as Whole Foods, Target, and Hwy 36.
6. Laundry room with garage access.
7. I hardly ever hear the neighbors.
Cons:
1. Only one dumpster for the entire complex, but it compacts the garbage so it is efficient.
2. Some cracks in the ceilings.
3. When it is windy, you can REALLY hear the wind.
4. Up against 36 so you could have some noise depending on your location in the complex.

I have had several friends live here and I have stayed here. It is the same as the Amli at Westcliff.
The apartments have cute layouts and nice modern features/​appliances.
The complex layout is a bit confusing at times — but not too bad.
Parking is not bad either.
All in all, a decent place!
