Ok I write reviews if the service is good or bad, but this place is the absolute WORST nail place I have ever been to! I went in to get my nails soaked off. Pretty easy huh? The lady in the first chair #7 popped the nails off! Yes completely destroyed my nail bed and actually something I could have done myself. I told her to stop and it hurt, but she tried to continue eventually I just stopped her and paid the $ 10 and went somewhere else to get them soaked off! There is only 1 good nail tech in this place(Sushi) and he always has a long wait because nobody else in this place is worth going to for nails. I will NEVERGOBACK! If you care about the health of your nails you won’t go here either!

I have been going here for about 3 years consistently for my eyebrows because they always seem to do a very good job. they’re always fast and know what they’re doing. this last time me and my friend were asked to go into the back and wait there, so we did. there was a grown man(barefoot) walking around with two children cooking their food in the room with us, where we were going to get our eyebrows waxed. we waited there for easily 15 minutes while this man prepared his dinner. when the lady finally came back, it was the same lady who always does my eyebrows and I’ve never had any complaints. she then proceeded to add the hottest wax to my face I’ve ever had and ripped part of my skin off. three days later i have tiny blisters around the perimeter of my eyebrows. maybe she was having an off day, but me and my friend will not be returning.

I used to come to Q2 for acrylic nails, but noticed after about a week my nails looked terrible and were ready to be redone, but they always looked nice the day of. Don’t have much luck with their nails, but I’ve always received excellent pedicures from here. My heels are excessively dry and usually have a lot of dead skin, Q2 is able to remove the dead skin without leaving my feet raw. Never had an issue with sanitation & fairly decent price! So if you don’t typically have fake nails put on and are a pedicure type of gal, this place is definitely right for you!

I’ve been here a couple times… Highly suggest going to table no#9; his name is Sam. The first day I entered the nail place — it didn’t look busy at all being it was a Friday but I notice the building because a very long YELLOW sign. I was greeted at my car actually! :) That”s what I call service but he was probably taking a smoke break — i’m taking whatever I can get. Anyone customer inside also said he was the best nail tech in here… my nails lasted about 1 ½ week only because I put alot of wear and tear working with cars. Also you most try his nail art design… totally different and freestyle artwork.

So bummed I didn’t check Unilocal before visiting. After my visit, I’m not convinced it was sterile. Kids were running around yelling, not relaxing. The staff spent the entire time speaking and laughing to each other in another language. I don’t mind the conversation, but it was almost as if we weren’t even there – during the actual service… Awkward!

I had a pedi done last night and my feet are still itching! When I first walked in, I thought I was ok. Everything looked clean enough. The staff was really, really friendly. I sat in the massage chair and started to zone out, as usual. All of the sudden, it felt like my foot was being scrubbed with steel wool. The woman was using an old, mangled brush to scrub my feet. It was all nasty and brown. Then, she squirted DISHSOAP on my feet and started to scrub again. She got a warm towel for my legs,(usually my favorite part of a pedi) and it smelled like mildew. Another look around… things were not as they first seemed. There weren’t those little jars of blue stuff they use to clean instruments. There didn’t seem to be anything in the front that would be used to clean or sterilize tools. I was so skeeved out, I ran out of there. Ick, ick ick. Even though it was only $ 20, it’s not worth it.
