This place got our order wrong, made us all vomit, is disgusting, and, has poor customer service

Worst McDonald’s ever! Better check your order at the drive thru window because they have not ever gotten my order right! Not once!

One of the worst McDonalds ever! I can hardly ever understand what the person is saying in the drive thru and when you try to get them to repeat what they said they go to the next car in the other lane and take their order instead. And don’t even get me started on the hot mustard why do they never have hot mustard?

This store will only accept cash after 10pm or so. There is a sign that says they accept credit cards 24 hours, and has been there for years. I feel like the hand written orders are a scam. Never given a receipt, always cash only at nights. Either you change your sign, or I press charges.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Food is consistently awful… cold, the wrong order, and sloppily made. Gross.

Tonight I’m writing reviews on the 3 McDonalds’ I frequent the most. Mostly for drive thru iced tea, but sometimes for their salads, and yes, the couple of times a year spree on fries.
This McDonalds is located near my parents’ home, a couple blocks away. I know MD prides itself on consistency of product, yet this MD gets orders wrong and often. For example, I ordered an unsweetened tea, and I got sweet tea. Another time I ordered grilled chicken bacon ranch with low fat balsamic and got the wrong dressing. On one of my burger/​fry «just gotta have it» runs, I asked for extra pickle, no mayo. Got the extra pickle on a cold burger, with mayo. I got the impression they opened up a burger on the shelf and tossed in a few pickles. On another occasion i bought food for several people and when i opened the bag i discovered I was missing a fry and a hamburger! These are all drive-​thru experiences as I never go in this location. This means I don’t find out about the errors until I get to my destination. So now I peak in the bag to check the dressing, or I sip my tea before pulling away from the window.
So there you have it. This McDonald’s Stands alone at the bottom of McDonald’s I have ever been in. Which is atypical of most every other one I have experienced.

I usually pan McDonald’s but I’m gonna do better by this one for a couple of reasons. One is that since I wasn’t operating from a home base and often wasn’t near my motel, this was my default place to go to the restroom. This is not even to say that the toilet even worked right or that the clerk cared one way or another when I told her so, just that it was there and convenient since it was just down the street from my old neighborhood (it wasn’t there when I was a teen though)., which I drove through frequently as I traveled around the city.
Another reason is that when I spent the night in a particularly disreputable and smoke-​infested motel room the first night I was back in Livonia and felt compelled to get out of there at 8am the next morning, this was where I headed for a cheap breakfast, perfectly good coffee and a clerk who was willing to lend me their phonebook to look for a better motel to stay in, which I did find. Also to try and track down addresses and phones of old friends etc.
The last reason is that when I left my coat there by accident that same morning about 9am and didn’t realize it till late afternoon when it started to get chilly again, they were nice enough to go look for it when I called AND while they didn’t find it in their lost and found, the coat was exactly where I left it hanging on the back of the chair when I finally got there about 6pm to look for it. How honest is that, to be there untouched for 9 hours. You leave something unattended for 10 minutes in San Diego and it is gone, baby, gone.
So they get stars for just being there, and sometimes that is all you really need.
