Came into the tennis shop a few days ago to buy my father in law a gift. I wasn’t sure what to get as I am not a tennis player myself. The staff were very very helpful and friendly… felt like I had known them for years… and I found the perfect outfit. The gift was wrapped beautifully and my father in law LOVED it! Thank you Tennis Shop for making that experience such a breeze!

I bought 2 Racquets a year ago and both of them had a crack issue within a year. So I requested the shop to send them to Babolat for replacement. In the process of doing this, we had some customer service issue with store staff, but the owner apologized and agreed to replace the racquet on their cost. They even suggested which racquets to Demo first before getting replacement and they were very patient with us until we found one that we liked. Overall, it was good experience with people who actually care.

Really glad I found this place. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. This cute Australian girl helped me find exactly what I needed and was able to answer all of my questions. They let you demo racquets for free which is really helpful and finding the right match. If you’re in the market for a new racquet this is the place to go.
