Super cute clothing! The girls who work there are so sweet and helpful in getting me exactly what I was looking for!

I LOVE this store. I went in today and they seemed to be having some «display» issues — everything had been moved around since the last time I was there and I got the feeling they were not happy with the current set up of the clothes. It WAS a little hard to see everything they carry (their store has a lot of stuff), but I had time to look through pretty much everything (if I was in a rush I would’ve felt overwhelmed). I think my favorite thing about this place is their variety & price range. You can get cheaper trendy items or spend more $$ on a clothing staple. And their sale section is ALWAYS worth it. It’s not often you find cute items at 75% off, but here you can. Purses here are good quality and not super expensive, you just have to look around the store because they are kind of spread out and some are hidden next to the dressing rooms. Accessories are very reasonably priced, you can get a necklace you know you will wear more than once for $ 15. The employee that helped me was very friendly and once she got an idea of the kind of clothes I was picking out she was able to suggest some things I might not have noticed (she was not pushy & I actually purchased a few things she selected — which doesn’t normally happen with me).
Also, ample room to push a stroller around. That’s my biggest pet peeve with boutique stores in this area. If some of your clients are moms you should have room for them to drag their child (who is abnormally content in their stroller that day) around to look at clothes. If I can do that, I will stay longer, which means I will SHOP FOR LONGER. So thank you for that, Sogno. I will be back to treat myself to your wonderful selection and it’s nice that I can do it on a day I have my kid with me — which is more often than not.

I always walk in convinced not to buy just to look and I usually walk out having spend 50+. It’s dangerous there is too much cute stuff in there. Customer service is cold shoulder ish sometimes though but usually it’s very good

This is your typical small upscale, trendy, women’s boutique. A tad on the pricey side and geared towards the younger set. When I came I today, the saleswomen was actively assisting another customer. I wasn’t acknowledged or asked if I would like some help. I asked if they had a sale rack and was pointed in the direction of a small grouping of clothing. Not once did she say, I’ll be right with you.
If you wanna charge Nordy’s prices you’d better up your customer service.

Employee was really unfriendly and she looked like she hated her life the whole time I was shopping. Then I finally asked her if I could try on the clothes I had and her response was «the rooms are empty», didn’t even lead me or offer to take my things from me. Only good thing about them was that I found a pair of jeans.

worst customer service. I am never greeted or acknowledged by their employee. I had a hand full of clothes & the worker was on her phone behind the counter staring at me, not offering me a dressing room. They’re so rude here & not worth your time or money.

I love how everything fits me in this store! They carry Rag and Bone Jeans in here! I have problems finding size 24 or 2 size pants at most boutique stores but they keep a good selection in this size. I love it all, I spend a good ½ hour walking around trying to decide what to get. It’s all so cute, but it can get pricey from the Jackets to dressed up items. You can also get really cute tops and sweaters for really good prices too. The accessories are super cute too. It’s really impossible to come in here and not want it all and the fact my size is everywhere makes it that much harder. Consider yourself warned… this store is addicting and it’s not one of those hit and miss stores– it’s always cute in here. The girls are sweet and accommodating, if you have your heart set on something they will call their Woodland Hills location to try and locate that item in your size. Love this. :))
