Starbucks

Long line but seemed a short wait to give order and pay. Did wait over 10 minutes for my drink which was odd since people behind me got their drinks first. Still my coffee was made correctly and other than the constant crowd at this location, I have no complaints. Oh nothing against this store but there are smokers who stand right by the entrance and smoke despite being told not to.

I usually come in the morning around 8AM before work. It gets packed but the staff is really quick, and reliable, and there’s a lot of them! I order the breakfast sandwiches and the food usually comes out faster than the drinks. Even though there’s a lot of people, the workers are loud enough so I can hear my name pretty clearly to get my order. So far, I have not been disappointed by the prepared drinks and the food. I did notice there’s this one customer who always goes there in the morning with his dog, so adorable!!!

A perfectly normal small Starbucks. As usual with many Starbucks in my experience, the inside could be a bit tidier. I only dealt with one staffer and he was friendly, and my drink was fine. The main reason I posted this was to add some exterior & interior photos so others could get a better look at it before going there.

I come in the morning usually 6am-​ish and the girl jess always greets me with the warmest good morning has my drink ready and knows my alternate drink the old guy Teddy is always really upset and always rushes me out. Always lots of new people though the store has quick turn over it appears.

I love going to this starbucks. SIENNA and JESS are amazing baristas! They always get my drinks correct and have my order ready before I get to the register. Keep it up guys!!!

The service here was great! They were fast and friendly. My drink was ready before I was finished paying. On a nice day like today, they have an outside sitting area that’s great to sit at to enjoy your Starbucks and to people watch.

consistently have poor service, not friendly at all. not sure if it’s just because they are rushed?
I recently started using the beta ordering feature so that I could stop on my way to work, but usually end up waiting just as long because the people behind the counter refuse to even look up in my direction. so I usually just have to stand there staring at my already made drink behind the counter until I am so sick of waiting that I have to rudely interrupt someone. Plus, the pick up counter is in the back corner so it’s always packed with people.
they should come up with an alternative plan for the beta pick ups.

Bad bad, service. waited in line over 25 minutes. one register open… finally one opens. not worth the, wait for an over priced salad and drink. Three people behind me also said they will never come back. Service and good food means the world to me. especially when it’s 2pm and I’m trying to get back to my office. We gave 200 employees. I would never, ask then to go there.
Good luck Starbucks. you’ll need it!

My favorite Starbucks. Super friendly staff and they make the best coffees in Westlake

I am only giving two stars because I love Starbucks and its coffee; however, this place is full of snobby customers and employees. The parking is terrible and every driver in that shopping center is an inconsiderate a**hole driver. I have gone to this Starbucks about 3 times and each time I am treated the same! The first time I was here some man dropped his coffee and it spilled all over my pants and feet! He didn’t even apologize and all the employees pretended like nothing happened. They even went on to refill his coffee. Anyway, the last few times I was there I noticed all these regulars get treated very nicely and fast. I don’t even get a hello, thank you or any eye contact. I’ve never been to a Starbucks and had such a horrible experience. One time I waited so long to get my drink, I hate being a pesty customer so I patiently waited. Finally, the barista asked me if I needed anything else, to which I responded that I was waiting for my drink– he said they must have misplaced the cup and had to ask what I ordered– I do have to mention he did apologize. I will not be coming back. If you are willing to take a drive down further I suggest you drive to the Rancho location– I am now a regular there and they are extremely nice! Plus it has a drive-​thru.

A small cozy Starbucks with lots of friendly staff. Was really busy, put me order in and it was out really quick. Highly recommend!

One of the better Starbucks around. Pleasant and fast. For such a small location they have high volume but not short on staff!

Just started a new job in Westlake Village, so my new daily Starbucks fix occurs here every M-​F before work and I like this particular location, despite the annoying parking lot where I have to make a left and then another left (from the freeway) to enter (both with longggg arse signals). Anyway, a quick warning that this location gets pretty busy whenever I’m in there but I guess that’s to be expected of any Starbucks. The employees all seem to like their jobs and are always very nice and helpful. Today the barista was singing Christmas carols and seemed very much to be in the holiday spirit. Always a pleasant experience to my grumpy, pre-​caffeinated morning self.

My favorite starbucks, u always see the same old people outside and you always see someone getting interviewed inside (employer and future employee not from starbucks). The morning manager is awesome. Expect a line every morning.

My favorite Starbucks out in this area and go every time I’m in the area. Great (friendly and helpful) staff — some of which have been there for a long time. The tall gray guy with a mustache Dave always remembers peoples’ names and drink orders and is very nice. Will keep coming for sure.

I usually don’t camp out at Starbucks, but I was getting my car serviced just down the road and had tons of work to do, so it seemed like the right place to go.
The employees were very kind and the products were very consistent to most other Starbucks, so no surprise there. The tables and chairs area is fairly small but I snagged a prime spot. I do like how each table has outlets very near it, making it easy to plug in all your electronics!
The one thing that surprised me was the WiFi situation. When I tried to connect, I didn’t see a Starbucks WiFi network, which was the whole reason I went there in the first place. Luckily, there is a Bev-​Mo right next door and I was able to connect to theirs.
The place stayed relatively busy the whole 2.5 hours I was there. There are certainly some interesting conversations to overhear and interesting people to observe when sitting in a Starbucks. Thanks for the free entertainment!

Again, I can’t and don’t really want to comment on the coffee at this or any other Starbucks.
This Starbucks gets five stars for the fact they bag their used grounds, expresso and drip, into five pound foil bags for anyone to take home and use in their garden or compost pile.
You are allowed to take as many as you want and it is first come, first served! Hooray for this particular Starbucks!

tasty coffee and clean restrooms. No complaints here.
