FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

Very poor service. I went in at 9am to drop off a print order to be complete by 2pm. I got there at 2pm to pick them up and the gentleman who I ordered with said «oops, I forgot». And then still managed to charge me and did a terrible job. It was a simple print job. Should not have caused this much stress.

Small place. Service wasn’t great, although that’s to be expected when there’s three people with issues and one working that’s on the phone with another customer. I know one of the guy’s was having issues with the copy machine, but I’m just reviewing the services I used.
I used the computer for printing. I attempted to open Google Drive through Firefox, and it wouldn’t open. I’m not sure why. Very frustrating when you waste 5 minutes waiting for a page that never loads. I had to use Internet Explorer instead. That opened my Drive for me, surprisingly, although I had issues trying to print one of my pages. It didn’t want to print through IE. Also, it printed my document 3 times, even though I only tried once. It popped up with the «confirm printing purchase» button each time… I thought it just didn’t go through the first time and ended up paying for 3 copies of each document. Good thing I was going to scan copies anyway.
Overall, it’s an average FedEx Kinko’s, but maybe a little less helpful. Just be careful when printing. The charges add up!

I needed to make an online return and when I brought in my item in the same box it was shipped to me in the woman told me they would not accept my package that was in and I would need to purchase a fedex box. The box she tried to sell me was $ 14.
How is it they will deliver it in that box to my place and yet I can’t ship it back in the same way? I even asked if I just wrapped the box I had in shipping paper if that would work and she said no I would have to purchase a box. It’s absurd, I think she was hustling me. I think she was rude and quite frankly for how much fedex charges they should be more accommodating, I have never heard of only being able to ship packages in their brand of boxes. It’s complete BS in my opinion.

I dropped off a package that absolutely, positively had to be there over night. And it was. I had the tracking number emailed to my client so we could both track the package on its journey.

Fantastic service, very quick and efficient. Go to this one!!! The one on T.O. blvd is AWFULLLLLL!!!
