Excellent workout for all ages. The instructors I’ve observed are great with kids and compassionate with adults. A relatively painless way to learn about dance and get in shape.

I do the morning «rock the barre» class. Ann is a miracle worker. In six weeks my body has transformed into a stronger, better me. She’s a tough cookie. And from what I hear the kids’ classes are great too. Thank you, Ann for everything. I’m a friend and client for life. :)
