I totally understand that this place is over-priced for the portions you are receiving but it’s a healthy alternative so it’s going to be more expensive. It’s a cafeteria style that has fresh ingredients and dishes ranging from veggies, sandwiches, soups, and macaroni. Specifically, I really love the curry cauliflower because the spice combined with raisins and nuts helps enhance the flavors. Both the traditional and truffle mac n cheese leans towards the more unhealthy dishes but are reasonably priced. They have wonderful flavors and it always hits the spot. Also, their lemonade is about three dollars and is fairly large. My go to is the guava limeade and watermelon rosemary.

Guess I wasn’t expecting to pay 17 dollars for two sides, a cup of chili and a glass of lemonade. The sides were very good. Orecchiette Pasta & Cherry Tomatoes and BLT Panzanella definitely above average flavor. Chicken chili was ok, didn’t seem very flavorful, I’d probably get it again tho, so it wasn’t bad. Blood Orange Lemonade was good. I expected the lemonade from a placed called Lemonade to be a little bit more unique. Big variety of good tasting food but the process of ordering is confusing. It’s kind of cafeteria rules, where you get a tray and they ladle some sides onto a plate for you, so I ordered two sides and was then confused as to where the main entrée options were, I only saw sandwiches and bowls of various chilis and maybe some slices of brisket and mashed potatoes or macaroni. I’m sure it all tastes great. I’d prefer the standard concept of a meal as like 15 dollars for for two sides and a main entrée. If it weren’t for the high cost and overly complicated ordering process, I would give this place a higher rating.

Wow — what happened to this place? It used to be one of our favorites but the last few times it has been less than spectacular. Tonight, however was seriously BAD Went in to pick up some dinner to go and settled on the short ribs and Mac/cheese. The ribs were OK, nothing special, but the macaroni and cheese was horrible — the pasta was mush; over cooked by about 5 minutes at least… Went right into the trash. Don’t think I’ll be back soon

It was my first time and this one Indian lady was SO nice and helpful. She told me the whole layout about it being«fancy cafeteria food», and let me try a bunch of samples before finally getting my food. The ahi tuna was a bit cold and hard for my liking, but the sweet potato salad was delicious and so was my blueberry mint lemonade. Atmosphere is beautiful but what else do you expect from Westlake:)

I am a repeat customer to Westlake lemonade. I have placed large orders for parties so imagine my disappointment when they let me down to such extreme! On the evening of May 4th I call to place an order for my sons surprise BD party with 25guests. I spoke with the manager, Valeria, and told her I was going through a stressful week at work and too stressed to worry about entertaining on Friday May 6th. She was so sweet and seemed so engaging. She said she would call me back in early morning to take my order. On Thurs. at 8:15am she calls and we go through the menu together. Valeria pulls up my past orders and we discuss what I need. I place a large order and she is very assuring that the food will be delivered at 7:30 Fri. Night and not to worry about a thing. As my guests start arriving I notice it’s 7:45 but I’m engaged in serving cocktails and appetizers. By 8:15 I realize there is a problem so I call the restaurant. The young person on the phone is so poorly trained and was not at all concerned or offered me any solution. I had to ask her to investigate what happened. She said she would call the Valeria at home and call me back. I waited 30min and called again. She laughed and said the reason she couldn’t find the order is the order was written for Sat.!! I guess she found it humorous that I had 25 hungry guests! I was forced to run out at 9pm to get food to feed them! :( I was promised that the manager would call me first thing in the morning to follow up but sadly at 4pm I had to call the restaurant. The manager Jerry offered no consideration or even tried to make it up to me! The whole staff was so uninterested and had such lack of concern to lose a valuable patron. I guess their business is thriving so who cares if one persons party is destroyed. Sad testament to customer service and loyalty. They obviously don’t care that I will never eat there or use them again! I warn anyone who wants to cater a party not to call Lemonade and to find a more professional caterer. Shame on you Westlake Village Lemonade!

Love that I can get fresh foods that work within my dietary issues. I’m in sales and on the road and while I take my food most of the time; this is my go to place for a treat. Thank you

It had a very cafeteria feel and the staff seemed hesitant when I made inquiries about nutritional content and portion size. We actually ended up eating elsewhere

I like Lemonade more like 3.5 stars… I have been to both Brentwood and Westlake Village locations. Lemonade is a cafeteria style cornucopia of hot, cold and freshly made along with pre made goodies. It’s great if you have no clue what you want to eat and have a limited window in which to indulge then Lemonade can be a wonderful alternative. The food isn’t fine dining but rather the Baskin Robbins of grab and go food in that literally whatever your craving can be had at Lemonade. Everything is priced based on cup size, or fixed pricing on hot items and sandwiches. The daily fresh mix of Lemonade is really good. Btw everything on display is available as a tasting before you indulge so feel free to kick the tires and check under the hood to your hearts content. Mind you after like(37) samples your pretty much full lol As with all cafeteria type food some are hits and others are misses thus the sample/tasters concept. All in all Lemonade is good for a quick grab and go along with a signature ice cold Lemonade to wash it down. Reasonably priced unless of course you can’t decide and select a little bit of everything in which case it adds up quickly and your grab and go lunch is(2) bags and $ 40 later… Unless you know the ropes the initial meandering through Lemonade can be a little confusing with the myriad of food displays not to mention the peeps on the cell, taking selfies, posting on Facebook or hitting on the hot patrons in line as if it’s Tinder or at lunchtime while others ponder the meaning of life…

Lemonade is growing on me. While not a fan of their cafeteria style food, I am obsessed with their lemonade, pretty much all flavors and really enjoyed the refreshment while shopping in the area. We went with the blueberry mint as well as the blood orange and both were amazing. Not a huge fan of the sugar free or cucumber(I have a serious sweet tooth, not their fault!) all the other ones are perfection and hit the spot on a hot day. Prices are fair, $ 3, ask for easy ice as they can tend to fill the cup with ice only giving you a few sips. Love the service, the restaurant is always spotless, bright and airy, very much worth it for the drinks.

Based on my visit today, I would have to give this location five stars. They were so friendly and so helpful. I am on a rather restricted diet because of some allergies to foods that I am only now finding out that I have. They were able to tell me which items to steer clear of, and which ones might be good suggestions. Even better, the cashier was very helpful and was able to get my drink order together very quickly. I felt like I had a large order but I am sure that others have gone in there was much heavier orders than mine. Still, the quality of the food, the service, just the attitudes that these employees had, I really enjoyed my visit today.

I thought about it and even though the food I had WAS delicious, I cannot give them more than 3 stars. I guess I was expecting more from the rave reviews I heard. First of all, thought there was going to be some herbs or fruit in the lemonade. Nah, but the flavors were pretty decent. A bit sweet. Didn’t try any of the sides. Liked the chicken pot pie and brisket, though $ 7 for just a cup of meat is pretty pricey. I suggest going with friends and sharing tapas style. Not a place to really eat a meal. Enjoy though

Lemonade is a cafeteria style restaurant. You walk in and go through a salad area where you choose the number of items you want. You can move through to the next station which is sandwiches and stews. All of the salads are fantastic but rather expensive. Have not tried any of the sandwiches but the stews are very good. Hearty and very flavorful.

I’ve been to this location about half a dozen times and always pleased with the food. Many of the dishes are uniquely paired with different ingredients, and initially I was skeptical of how they would taste. Fortunately the staff encourages you to try a sample before ordering, and honestly the flavors compliment eachother deliciously. The Brussel sprouts are my absolute favorite and the truffle mac and cheese is incredible. You can order small but plentiful portions as you make your way down the line and top it off with their seasonal freshly made lemonade. If you enjoy trying new food and interesting combinations you must swing by for lunch.

Love at first sight or love at first bite? Maybe both. Loved this place. Overwhelming on my first visit. I could not decide what I wanted. So much beautiful food to choose from. Lucky for me I was able to sample a few items and finally decided. Beware you can easily spend more than you would like to for lunch because you want everything! My most recent visit I had the holiday turkey sandwich. Definitely different. Warm sandwich on a raisin roll. It was good and filling. Come hungry and leave happy. They also have a sugar free lemonade. This place gets busy during peak hours. Line can move slow due to people deciding what they want and sampling.

Vast selection of healthy tasty and creative salads, also hot and cold entrees I’ve yet to try. Had the edamame, snap pees, carrots, radish, and sesame salad, the cauliflower, raisins, almonds, and curry salad, and a new pear, cucumber, English peas, and mint salad, and all were as outstandingly creative as they sound. The cauliflower and curry was somewhat bland without the expected curry kick. I tasted the strawberry and arugula and bleu cheese salad and will get that another time I’m looking for a cool fruit taste. Got the watermelon and rosemary lemonade and had some of the cucumber mint lemonade and think I’m liking the cucumber mint more, as it has more of the tangy lemonade taste but softened with the cucumber and mint. The watermelon rosemary was a little too sweet for me. All are available for take out or dine in, service line is fast moving, and the servers are all openly friendly and engaging and will offer taste samples of anything. Great selection of desserts at the end as you pay, so don’t let your eyes fill your appetite, which is near impossible as you move down the marketplace(salads) and a la carte(hot entrees and sandwiches) service line of such invitingly delicious looking selections. Everything is perfectly fresh, with the sweetest ripest brightest ingredients. Now if only I can get back sooner than later for those awesome looking hot a la carte selections! And can’t forget those colorful macaroons and the black bottom cream cheese brownies! Would be 5-stars if not for the crowded difficult parking.

I’ve been to the Venice location and adored it. I was very pleased to learn there was a Lemonade closer to me and even more so to see that the brand is consistent across locations. The food here is vibrant, fresh, flavourful, and clean. You leave here feeling like you did something good for your body after having eaten. You know how sometimes after scarfing down certain meals, you feel bloated or sick, or even worse, guilty or disgusted with yourself? That’s never the case with Lemonade. The selection consists of a variety of seasonal vegetable salads, soups, sandwiches, and fish items. Granted, most of them are things you could create yourself at home with an extensive shopping list, but they do it in a way that feels fancy and hip. If you enjoy produce and healthier eating, this is the place for you. The lemonade is out of this world and they let you sample it to decide which one you like best.

Beef in red miso was good but a tad bit too sweet. Roasted cauliflower was delicious. Don’t even want to know how many calories were in my lunch. I don’t know how they make money as customers keep going back and forth with their choices. It’s an operational nightmare.

To call Lemonade a glorified cafeteria seems a bit harsh, but reality is reality. I give it 3 stars because it’s not a bad place to eat if you’re picking up a quick salad meal(3 sides for ~9 bucks), so sure – there is a time and place for Lemonade. But really, if you want to have a real, complete meal here, you will get gouged. This place is simply too expensive! Most of the hot(more like«kept warm») foods are good at best, and meager in serving size. To get a filling meal you’re going to be spending something like a minimum of 18 bucks. 18 bucks goes a long way… Eating at Lemonade is no different from eating at the Whole Foods self serve section. It’s generally pretty tasty, but just not worth it.

So I heard about Lemonade through my coworker Kevin(which it turns out he’s never been there lol) and got to check it out with my adventurous coworker Desiree lol It’s located in a pretty nice promenade of Westlake. I like how everything from the menu design to the food layout is clean and cute. The food is well organized and is actually served«cafeteria style» where they dallop it in a portion(2 scoops) or cup. Samples are welcome and I got to try cilantro mint curry chicken, rosemary watermelon lemonade and cucumber mint lemonade. Man I loved all of it! Lol I also ordered the truffle mac n cheese, which my coworker got to sample, and it was rich and tasty. As for my lemonade, I couldn’t help to choose between rosemary watermelon and cucumber mint lemonade so the server Erica offered to mix both(wonderful idea btw!). My coworker also got a avocado tomato salad that was really refreshing too. I would love to try more of their food but it’s kinda pricey haha. My meal for the cilantro mint chicken curry($ 7), truffle mac n cheese($ 3.75) and lemonade concoction($ 3) was a total of ~$ 15. I don’t mind paying good moolah for delicious and intricate entrees/sides which this place had definitely offered and the service on top of offering samples was generous :) P. S. Another customer’s receipt had flew onto our table and even they had spent a good flow of cash of their meal lol
