Fred Konigsbach – Keller Williams

We can’t say enough good things about working with Fred. His knowledge, his level of service, and his commitment have surpassed out wildest expectations. Fred is extremely thoughtful and extremely thorough. When we explained to him what we were looking for, he came up with listings that were a great fit. When we looked at houses, he was the first to point out flaws and raise concerns. We never felt rushed, and we never felt that Fred is not looking out for our best interests. He found us a great house and whenever any concerns came up during the sales process, he was quick to find a solution and help us every step of the way. Fred did such an outstanding job with finding us our new house that when it came time to sell our old house, we didn’t even want to consider anyone else but Fred selling it. Here again, he did an extremely thorough job. We had a great offer on our hands quickly, and even after we accepted the offer, Fred insisted on holding an open house until closing, just to be on the safe side. He was a true partner throughout the process and I would absolutely recommend Fred to anyone looking for a caring, trustworthy, knowledgeable and friendly agent.
