I always loved Paul’s but today’s experience was less than stellar. I enjoy their food and variety. I just wish they did a better job on their potatoes. Underdone and too thick. And today found they had changed computer systems. Better for ordering but caused them to cancel the loyalty card promotion. While they have every right to do so, they could have given existing users some credit for having been loyal. And when we tried to speak to Paul he was very rude. We will be looking for alternative!

Overall: I love Paul’s Diner. The staff is friendly, there’s never a long wait for your food once you get seated and the food is great. Great prices, great people. Location: It’s tucked away in a little shopping mall area. Parking is never an issue. Atmosphere: It’s a casual diner and the staff makes you feel really at home. It’s not small but it’s not large. It’s just right. On certain days you can seat yourself. I always go on Sunday. Even though it’s a popular place, the wait has never been too long. Service: Service is always fast and friendly. You can tell they’ve been in business for a while and they know what they’re doing. Im always greeted with a smile and provided with everything I ask for/need. Food: The portions are huge. I usually get the waffle and it’s perfect every time. The only thing that could use improvement are the home fries. I like them to be cooked more than they usually are here. There’s tend to be «blonde» and not brown. I always get eggs over medium and they’re perfect every time. Price: Almost everything is under $ 10. Great prices and you get huge portions. So worth it!

Food was okay. But we went there at 12:45p not realizing that they closed at 1p. They seated up without any questions, but before we even got our food, they had started putting chairs up on the tables. Then there’s nothing to say get the heck out like having multiple people busting out vacuums and vacuuming right behind your chair.

Great service and excellent food. I ate here for breakfast and was impressed. I am a frequent diner and this meal was better than average. Omlette was full of meat and cheese, bowl of fruit was fresh and without any honeydew filler. Would recommend to anyone in the area for breakfast.

Fantastic eggs benedict! The one with corned beef hash instead of ham is to die for.

Disappointed after reading great reviews. Egg white omelet had tough ham chunks, sliced fairly raw peppers & cooked onions. The potatoes were hard without onions or seasoning. Not worth $ 9.99 + $.75 for the whites. We all know the don’t throw away the yolks do why charge more? The 2 eggs over easy(which were not) with sausages & hard potatoes was $ 8.49. Breakfast for two with coffee & tip $ 31.00. For that I could’ve ate at home & gone out fir a fabulous lunch. The staff was good & the place pleasant.

Pancakes and waffles are great. Potatoes were under seasoned and almost raw. Eggs over easy were good. Scrambled eggs were runny. Big breakfast sandwich was the worst thing we got. A big burrito breakfast sandwich with the undercooked potatoes poorly assembled. My18 yr old son that plays football and eats anything had to force himself to eat half. Sausage looked great but had a very strong maple flavor. Service was fair. Waitress never came back to check on us. $ 60 for family of 5 with one child. No great bargain.

The diner is in a pretty easy to get to strip mall, ample parking and friendly wait staff. The food is pretty good and come out hot and quick. The presentation of the plate needs work but it’s a diner so no points deducted. It was a very pleasant experience. I will be back again

Me and my girlfriend were on our way to wells maine for a small vacation when we decided to stop off to grab a bite to eat. We don’t like going to chain restaurants so we saw advertising for Paul’s Diner and thought it sounded like a good place to eat. We were correct we loved the place from the inside décor to the food, it was all fantastic. I had a mozzarella and corned beef hash omelet and my girlfriend had a Greek omelet with corned beef hash on the side. The coffee was great and the food came out perfect and very quick. We very much enjoyed the food and recommend it to alot of people whether your near by or just passing through on your way to maine, it’s worth the stop.

Sausage and peppers omelette. Pretty disappointing. Onions were tiny and burnt. Omelette was constructed as scrambled eggs wrapped around the ingredients instead of actually cooking the ingredients into the eggs. Potatoes were very bad, underseasoned and majority undercooked. Look at the knife cuts in the photo. Can’t expect to cook potatoes correctly with such inconsistent sizes. Lack of effort = Not a place I would choose to go again for breakfast.

Bagel with cream cheese to go. Barely toasted and barely any cream cheese. Ridiculous!

When you first walk in you have to figure out who the hostess is, specially if you’ve never been here before. After you get your name in, you can wait on lounge-like sofa and chairs. The menu is extensive. Coffee is served fresh. Waitress was very friendly and prompt, specially for a busy Sunday brunch. I had white chicken salad on large beget. It was really good! Will def come back.

We have gotten take out lunches from Paul’s for the past few months and here are some of my observations: –Solid sandwiches made fresh and a good portion. The smalls are big. –The bread they use is really nice. Sort of like a soft French baguette. –Consistent and fast preparation. –Friendly Service –Good prices!

This is a cute, very casual place. The menu is full of good omelettes and lots of sandwiches. Prices are reasonable. The fresh baguette is delicious and the sandwiches are generous. The service is very quick as well.

This is a cool little breakfast spot. It’s inexpensive and the food comes out quick! We waited about 10 minutes to get a table but the time is made up because of how fast the food comes out. I got french toast with bacon and of course a chocolate milk.

I work nearby and have been getting lunch here for the last two years, at least 2 – 3 times per month. It’s really a great little lunch spot, plus they serve breakfast all day(good omelets!). I usually get my sandwiches to go, but have eaten in on multiple occasions. Service is pretty quick and the servers are nice. Great if you are looking for a quick bite. I have tried most of their sandwiches by now and definitely have my favorites. I love the bread they use for the subs and the cold cuts are really good. Portions are generous — a Large sub is really that, and can easily be two meals(unless of course you are really hungry!). The clear winner for me is the Westford Deluxe(roast beef, American cheese, roasted red peppers, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and Russian dressing). The Harvard Towers, Carlisle Club, and Pollo Panini are also solid choices. Also, there’s usually one or two soup options that change daily. Quick, reasonable prices, good food, and friendly staff. Love these guys!

If you’re in Westford(MA) area then you gotta try Paul’s Diner. Food is great at this place but the breakfast is particularly delicious, so many choices and reasonably priced. I love their pancakes and they never disappointed my taste buds. Place can be packed sometimes but the wait time is not that long, guess its not bad at all to wait for such an amazing treat. Highly recommend!

The servers waited on my table from behind the low wall. It’s faster than walking around the wall and greeting me. Suddenly someone is behind your shoulder, startling you. Not once would they walk around so I could see them coming. Bacon cheese omelette: 4 pieces of uncut bacon stuck inside a thick taco of egg, very little cheese. Tried it again another time and asked for more cheese. This time bacon way undercooked. I’m not one who needs it extra crispy– just cooked at least. Potatoes are always white potato color. They don’t look seasoned and browned. They are soft. Not good at all.

If you’re looking for a tasty breakfast in Westford, then this is your spot! I came here with a friend not expecting much, just your typical diner food and menu. After looking through the menu, I came across the«not your average omelet» menu. I was immediately intrigued! Buffalo chicken, chicken teriyaki, and pastrami & spicy mustard were just some of the creative omelet options. I decided on the chicken teriyaki omelet($ 9.99). Kind of steep for an omelet at a diner, but it turned out to be one of the best omelets I’ve ever had! It was stuffed with tons of chicken & vegetables smothered in teriyaki sauce and melted provolone. Yeah that might sound weird… but you’d have to try it for yourself! Unfortunately, the home fries that it came with really missed the mark. They were extremely overcooked and definitely were from the freezer. I really enjoy checking out places like this because you get that hometown feeling. The waitress knew all the customers by their first name. Stop in if you’re in the area and try one of their creative omelets!
