Beautiful shop in the heart of Westfield. The staff is knowledgable and very courteous, and Patricia is a pleasure to meet. This is not a price driven shop, but rather a gourmet shop with high end, high quality products one will not find at their local supermarket. Amazing oils and vinegars plus lots of other goodies not ubiquitous to the marketplace. The ambiance is great so stop in and enjoy.

they had a wonderful selection of tasty oils and a very friendly staff. I purchased 3 bottles of oil, and a gift basket for my grandmother. She loved it, and I’m using the oils almost every time I cook. Definitely recommend Pat & Paul’s for cooking and gift ideas. Keep up the good work guys!

We stopped by here for the first time today since we were running low on olive oil. It reminds me very much of Carter & Cavero, which has a location in Summit. There are vats of olive oil and vinegars along the wall, with tasting cups and samples of bread and crackers to taste. I love that you can sample the goods before you purchase them.
The store also stocks a variety of other goods like pasta, olives, pestos, jams, etc. The stuff can run a little expensive (I picked up a jar of key lime spread for $ 10.50), but it’s not stuff you’re likely to find in a regular grocery store. The store also has a little kitchen for kids to play at which my daughter loved. And I loved it because she could play there while my husband or I looked around. I’m looking forward to heading back here and checking out some of the other products they have.

the black mission fig balsamic is hands down the BEST balsamic I have ever tasted. The selection is un paralleled and I love that you can sample many of their products to MAKE SURE you love it. This works to their advantage because I go in for one bottle of one thing but they addicted me to so many other products I just get more.

Amazing oils & vinegars ! I Own 8 different oils and 5 vinegars. My favorites are Wild mushroom with sage oil, orange oil, truffle oil, sesame oil, honey ginger white balsamic, lemon white balsamic and dark chocolate balsamic. Patricia is great suggesting oil &vinegar combos to use on other foods besides veggies or salad. She will let you taste any combo!
