We’ve been renting a cottage for a week during the summer from Stanton for the past three years and have never had a bad experience.
The summer season for Westerly is busy as Misquamicutt is a huge draw as are the weekly rentals but Stanton is always well organized, professional and very quick to get you in and out of the office.
The rental prices are reasonable and believe me, it’s easier to rent in Westerly than it is on Cape Cod & the prices are much better.
My only problem is that they send out the balance due invoices later and later each year. This year, I only had about a week from when the invoice was received to when the balance was due. I don’t think that’s good business but we like our week in Westerly too much to really look elsewhere.
