Mex-To-Go II

This place is a little disorganized but the tacos are legit. Good flavors in the meat and the house salsa is excellent.

Better then expected. I really didn’t like the food in the croton restaurant, however the restaurant in Somers is pretty good. Staff is very nice and accommodating.

This is the real McCoy. My kids both loved the food. It was authentic, plentiful, good value, fresh, and ready when I arrived. I think it had a rough opening, but I will definitely return soon. Much better than Salsa Fresca. And they deliver!

My go-​to place for a quick, cheap and delicious lunch or dinner! I grew up in Croton on Hudson and was a regular at that location, and I’m so happy to see that they have expanded and opened up a second store.
Very simple menu — choose your item (burritos, tacos, arepas, quesadillas, etc), choose a filling and choose a salsa. I highly recommend getting the chicken filling and trying the salsa amarilla! The burritos, enchiladas, chimichangas and flautas are great. They make taco salads in a fresh-​made tortilla bowl and they offer a salad with a delicious house-​made dressing! Also — try the guac!
Mex-​to-​Go is great to hang out and grab a bite (indoor and outdoor seating available) and they also deliver! Definitely check this place out if you’re passing by.

The take-​out food is delicious. We just ordered the black bean soup, the taco soup, a chicken burrito, and a pork burrito. They were all fresh and yummy. We also found it to be reasonably priced. Please try this place.

Oh, mex-to-go…wanted to like you so but no. Second time here… First time, a burrito with beef, rice and beans, came with lettuce and guacamole which I asked for on the side but came in the burrito, making it cold and sloppy. Second try today… Shrimp enchiladas, asked for jalapeños inside, came out with none and… COLD. I’ll stick to Froggys deli for lunch and get my Mex fix elsewhere I’m afraid!

Was there 2 weeks ago and had the burrito. It really was excellent and going back tonite for more. People should really try this place.

Primarily a take-​out establishment, the food is very good and reasonably priced. A welcome addition to the town of Somers. There is some counter seating and a couple of outdoor tables when the weather is nice. Recommended!
