After being initially excited to purchase a Groupon on for a massage from a local business in January, I quickly found out that it was a terrible idea. Maggie clearly oversold the number of Groupons than her small business could handle.(Groupon recorded 300 of them) Upon calling to book a massage, her answering machine said that she was not accepting new Groupon clients until May. three months away from attempting to schedule. After repeatedly trying to work with her to schedule massages at various different times I kindly asked for a refund due to the lead time required to get on her schedule. I even conceded that I would only recoup her portion of the overall Groupon cost. Instead of easily making this refund she repeatedly hid behind and pushed me to Groupon and then my credit card company to try and get a refund. I just don’t understand the logic here as we both live in the same small town. She may be one hell of a massage therapist but she clearly needs a business manager,
