Amazing, amazing, amazing!!! I cannot express articulately enough how wonderful Maria is! I’ve had debilitating back issues for over 30 years and very rarely is it that I find a therapist with great hands and understanding of physiology enough to really get to the root of my issues. Finding Maria was like finding water in a desert! She’s warm, friendly yet professional and an all around lovely soul. Her hands are like magic hands. I highly recommend her to all. I cant recommend Massagetime enough. I am a regular customer now, usually every 2wks. If you’re looking for a professional & utterly relaxing massage, look no further. Maria, the owner & only masseuse there asks plenty of questions & has customers fill out a questionaire in order to customize each session for whatever is bothering you that day. She is very knowledgable & has those rare «healing hands» that are skilled, therapeutic & relaxing. She takes her time & doesnt rush, spending at least a full hr, sometimes a lil more (instead of 50mins, like most places) working her magic w/​a variety of techniques, including a little deep tissue, swedish & hot stones (which will make you melt).
Being the only masseuse there she doesnt offer couples massages, but my GF & i went in for Valentines Day & she worked on me 1^st while my gf soaked her feet in the next room, then vice versa. My GF loved her massage, which is rare, cause all her massage experiences in the past have not been good.
Massagetime is downstairs in a little office building which is easy to find right off Post Ave, near the Northern State Pkway w/​lots of parking available on the street. And her office hours are very flexible, i believe she will come in any day of the week if she is available, cause i think i have been in Wed-​Sun, early in the am & as late as 6pm. Inside is so serene & pleasant, with a heated table, i’ve drifted off a few times on the table & as i’m writing this review i am dreaming about my next appt already. Book an appointment & you wont regret it, you’ll be in good hands… literally!
