Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This place provides great service. They picked me up from my mechanics to the office as my car needed to stay overnight with my mechanics as it needed some fixes and I needed a rental for the next day. In addition, the office also dropped me back to my mechanics after I returned the rental car.
The crew is polite and helpful with the rental choices you need and they help you as much as they can to fit your needs.
In addition, this place offers luxury choices like: Audis, BMWs, muscle cars, and others. My rental choice was an amazing ride!
Definitely coming back to this place if I ever need a rental in the future!

Oh… by the way, this Enterprise location has a gated location in the back where you may leave your vehicle (if you have one) and not be forced to leave it out on the street or in some Towaway Zone .

This place is awesome and the staff is professional, caring, and courteous. Recently, I had my vehicle repaired in an auto body shop, next to Enterprise, and the staff, headed by Lon, was amazing. They gave me a reliable and safe car, for my family. Mike, Nicholas, and Gavin are also very professional and take pride in treating customers with the utmost respect and attention to detail. Thanks Enterprise! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a weekend, special occasion, or incidental car rental for any reason, personal or professional.

The team was Amazing! best costumer service i have ever received. I have been a Avis customer but after my last rental i think i might just stick with Enterprise.

Everything was handled perfectly, 4 stars instead of 5 because the car had a layer of dust inside and a mild smell of a past smoker. Even that considered, I was able to return the car at another location convenient to me at no additional cost. I would not rent from anyone else.

Joe helped me here when BMW gave me a rental instead of the standard loaner. He made the process simple and easy, he explained everything clearly and concisely and got me exactly what I needed. I recommend this location to anybody inquiring into a rental car. A+ service. –Jesse

Best customer service from a car rental company hands down. Very pleasant helpful and accommodating. I’m giving them a four only because they don’t have tons of car options, there has been a few times where I requested online for a specific type of car (i.e. compact vs. full size) but then I’ve had to get something I didn’t particularly want although the price is always the same. Its really no big deal but I do notice that they don’t have a huge selection to choose from. This is definitely my go to spot whenever I need to rent a car and I live in Queens surrounded by tons of rental options but prefer to make the trek out to Westbury to come here.
