Pride Cleaners

I brought a lot of items to this dry cleaner over the summer to be dry cleaned. I only recently looked at what I got back, because a lot of the items were seasonal so I left them in the bag in my closet. One of my expensive sweaters came back with four enormous holes in the back. I would never bring my clothing back here again.

I used to go here a lot and they always cleaned well but never seemed to give a sh*t about me or any other customer. Figured why would I spend my hard-​earned $ at a place where they wouldn’t say hello or thank you!

Cheapest cleaner and a great tailor around, I’ve used them many times over the last couple of months and would definitely recommend them. One draw back. Cash Only!
Clothes are always pressed perfect and ready when they say. I’ve had the sleeves on a few suits sport coats and my winter jacked tailored there. One pair of pants was hemmed to short, so I will update this review once I see what they say besides that they have been great.

Last time i go here seriously
First time i went was pretty ok. the hem job for my dress pants went great.
the second time i came here for a jean alterations went horrible.
brought expensive jeans here to be hemmed and i explicitly told the female owner what i wanted (keep orignal hem on the ends) and she said no problem and itd be 15 dollars each.
i come back to pick it up. and thats when i notice that she legit took the ends off and made her own hem. i was pretty furious especially when i explicitly told her this is not what i wanted nor why anyone would take 200 dollar jeans and make some god awful straight edge cut with a mediocre home made hem job.
Now the real gripe comes when the owner yells at me the customer in front of another customer in korean… mind you im korean and i understand her curses… that i am wrong and never stated that i wanted to keep original hem cause its more expensive. not even one word of apology. the other customer and i looked at each other and were like o_​O
Now heres the logic guys: lady if i have the ability to doll out 400 bucks on jeans you think a measly 10 bucks for the difference is something that i would hesitate for?
she snaps «come back in an hour!!»
soo yea folks… lets stay away unless you guys want something straight out of a korean drama.
