Always shit service. The food is small and processed but not my issue. Doughnuts are always stale. Usually out of stock. Today topped the taco. waited forever because they as usual are under staffed and after waiting 20 minutes for my 2 combos they forget the coffees. Then when i get 2 drinks that are not mine the lady agreed with my order but wanted my receipt for some reason to give me my drinks. Since my patience was shot from how shittyb they were being already i said don’t worry about it and left without what i paid for. Not going back. This is why starbucks shuts everyone down. They get it.

I ordered a light vanilla iced latte. My first Dunkin Donut coffee. I thought it was way too sweet. I also ordered a Flatbread turkey sausage egg breakfast sandwich. Awful tasted like cardboard. They forgot my order. I had to wait 10 minutes to get it.

I came here today because I was in the area. I don’t live around this area but was in the mood for a donut and coffee. My friend and I each ordered one donut and one coffee. There weren’t any donuts when we arrived and that’s ok. One of the ladies who works there made us those brownie battered donuts especially for us, so that’s kind! Sometimes they run out. But the bathroom on the other hand was soooo nasty. I usually go to the downtown location and that location las a lot of traffic and the bathroom isn’t nasty like this one. So I decided to go to the men’s bathroom because the woman’s was so gross and it’s a single person bathroom so one person at a time. So the men’s bathroom was grosser and you can imagine the rest of stuff the was on the toilet seat. Service was good though not bad at all. They just gotta clean the bathroom!

I’m a big Dunkin fan but live in Northern California where we don’t have them. I was so excited to find this store while I was there for work a couple weeks ago. The staff(particularly Ashley) was awesome — She went out of her way to make sure I got what I wanted… even making me a few custom donuts while I waited. I’ll be visiting again next week and am so excited to go back… silly — but just love them lemon filled donuts :).

Consistently having great customer experiences here! I like to stop by on weeknights and get things done for a few hours on my laptop. Really appreciate the service I receive here, because it’s truly the best of any similar option I’ve visited in recent months for this purpose. They have abundant outlets to charge with(so you don’t have to stalk people leaving the precious few outlet seats) and generally peace and quiet. My only regret is closing time, but they are the latest of any similarly equipped café around this area! 11:30. I like to get a sandwich or donut, and a decaf or iced tea to grant me energy for the evening computing. Thanks for putting up with me. Happy customer.

I’ve been to this location many times, and it’s usually not bad. Maybe it was just tonight. They close at 1130, came in about 10. I felt so rushed and my coffee was so watered down, it was awful. Donuts were actually good for once though.

Disappointed, slow service, high prices, mediocre breakfast sandwich and poor donut selection. The gal at the counter said they were short staffed the day I was there so I will give them a try another time and update my review if needed.

Love this place, they are always friendly and pretty fast getting your order to you. Love that they have a drive thru.

Loved the donuts I’ve had there! They told me the donuts are made at a different location in SLC and brought in twice a day. 5am and 3pm seem to be the best time to get them.

Went there at six in morning for fresh made donuts. Bought half a dozen two glazed, two jelly filled, and two cake glazed. The girl serving me grabbed two glazed, put them in the box, then took them out and throw them away. Grabbed two more, then filled my order. Got home the jelly donuts couldn’t cut with fork. The glazed were not fresh, and the cake donuts were hard and dry. Save your money, go a cross the street at Winco for bigger, fresher donuts.

As a long time East Coaster, I always welcome an opportunity to visit the«on every street corner on the eastern seaboard» Dunkin Donuts. I visit SLC once a month and was glad to see this new location finally open. Coffee and donuts were great. HOWEVER, you CANNOT sell egg sandwiches and NOTHAVESALT&PEPPER available for your customers. Please fix that ASAP

I’ve missed my Blueberry Cake donuts since moving to SLC, so I was extra happy to see that DD landed close to my job!!! So far so good… the service is fast and friendly! Long lines go fast when inside. Donuts are fresh as always. YAY! Can’t beat drive thru donuts!!!
