Beans & Brews Coffee House

Starbucks used to be the only coffee place that I know until I accidentally ended up to this B & B location because my morning is not good without coffee. This place is the only B & B location that I love, the staff are very accomodating, friendly & understands that you’re on your way to work & makes your coffee fast but still of good quality. Unlike the the B & B at 11 400 S Sandy which is a shame to the coffee shop’s name & brand and the service is super SLOW & HORRIBLE this B & B West Valley location is exeptional.

This place is horrible. The coffee tasted bitter and plain. The wifi was non-​existant, and it was so loud that I could not hear myself think. They have couches and books but I don’t see how anybody could relax and enjoy a book or surf the web with all the continual banging from the counter. I know that they have to get the grounds out of the machine to make a new cup but starbucks has it figured out. maybe they should go by and ask them what they do. I will not come here again.

Love this place is the only place I can get my drink right and they don’t look at me crazy for ordering it how I liked it yes it may be a little weird but it’s how I like my coffee and meet you guys do not care and they have the best booty status in town I loved it there

The staff is friendly and knows there products well. When I’ve wanted to try something new they have never steered Mr wrong. The store is kept clean and organized. I would recommend them anytime.

I met the owner around the time he first opened his shop. He was very polite and was very honest and helpful. Beans n brew is the same everywhere as a store but this one is unique because of the staff so show some love and check them out.

I buy coffee here all the time. Today I called and ordered 2 iced coffees and 2 caramel Machiato’s, Then got distracted in a meeting and forgot about them. Got a call about 30 minutes later reminding me of the order and that my cold coffees were getting warm, my hot ones were getting cold etc etc… We sent some down to pick up the order and the staff made new fresh ones for us. Beans and Brews are all over the place. Its the staff that makes or breaks the place. This crew is dialed in.

Favorite coffee house in the valley. The morning staff makes my day. They have my drink ready for me and always has a smile on their faces! Highly Recommended!

I stopped into this Beans & Brews shop very early in the morning. The two guys that work there were having a little bromance breakfast together at one of the tables sharing coffee and some alone time. As they saw me pull up, they got up and moved over to the counter to take my order. They weren’t so happy to be interrupted cause they really weren’t so chatty or talkative. I’m not so sure they were ready for customers just yet. Granted it was like 6 am, but if you’re going to be working in the customer service business, at least put the attitude away and say something to the customer when they walk in the door.
I’m not a big fan of B&B; I’ll be honest. Their coffee is good. They specialize in sweetened flavored coffee drinks. They make their iced mochas from one of those juice machines that make the juice all bubbly. The coffee didn’t taste so fresh, or the filters needed to be replaced in the machine. Kind of tasted stale. Maybe it was the coffee. Whatever, I stopped because I needed a break from my usual gang down the block at *$s, Wasn’t worth it, quite honestly, but until there’s a real shop that makes great pulled shots on the west side, I’m stuck with these guys. Hopefully, by my next visit the two guys that work here early in the a. m will have worked out the kinks in their relationship and get down to a little more customer service.

This is a great alternative to Starbucks. It has the same aesthetic, very similar offerings, but thankfully doesn’t burn it’s beans the way Starbucks does.
Make sure you pick up muchies somewhere else, though. I ordered a bagel that ended up being pretty doughy and a little stale. They didn’t have an option to toast it, either.

Few cuisine choices, bad customer service and the internet kicks you off-​they don’t even have a toaster for the most substantial food they have (bagel). If you want medioce… or less than, this is the place.

After living in Utah for more than 3 years I recently tried Beans & Brews Coffee House with a friend of mine.
WAY Better than Starbucks and it reminds me of Pete’s Coffee & Tea back home in NOR*CAL.
It was good. plus the décor reminds me of COST PLUS WORLD MARKET… how amazing is that. :)
