What a great concept for a lunch place. Salads are great. Great choices. Like the sandwiches. Haven’t tried the soup yet. Maybe next time. Fast. Curtious and I’ll be back

A terrific find for a healthy lunch! LOVE the concept and the wonderful fresh ingredients. I had a Kale & Quinoa salad which was great… But they didn’t get 5 stars from me for two reasons. First, I added a protein to my salad — chicken — but was pressed to find more than 3 bites of it in my salad. Second, the fresh, healthy ingredients were all wonderful — so when the bread served alongside was a white-flour roll, I was disappointed. While they don’t claim to be a health-food spot, their approach certainly caters to folks like me who don’t want to blow a healthy diet on the road. If I were to change one thing it would be to make their«house made» breads from whole wheat/whole grain flours. All said though, I’ll probably pop back in for another delicious bowl this week.

I eat at Café Zupas on a semi regular basis. I enjoy the food and have always had quick and polite service. Today there was a bit of a hick up and I had to wait about 10 minutes for my salad, along with another lady who’d ordered the same salad. I think they had run out of dressing and for whatever reason it took awhile to get more. While we were waiting Chantia the cashier(I think that’s her name. I apologize if I got it wrong), apologized a couple of times and even gave us both a free fountain drink. I thought that was very nice and professional. And while this one hick up wouldn’t have kept me away, the nice way everything was handled will make me remember Zupas even more. On a side and completely unrelated note it bugs me that they call some of their desserts crème brûlée! They aren’t crème brûlée since there isn’t burnt sugar on top. They are still delicious desserts that I order often. I just needed to get that off my chest. :)

Yummy! Lots of great choices for salads, soups and sandwiches. You can make your own or they have several suggestions. I liked the kale and quinoa salad. The chicken tortilla soup had just the right amount of spice. My only complaint is that the sandwiches can be a bit small that is why I gave it a 4. My 16 year old daughter ordered a sandwich and it looked a little sad on the plate. She ate some of our food to fill her up

Love your food but I was sad to see that you currently don’t have any type of rewards program for you loyal customers. It would be great to receive some discounts or special offers for those of us that are regular’s.

The ultimate grilled cheese is SOOOOOOOO good. It’s legitimately I really; I’ve never had a better grilled cheese in my life. Delicious. It’s priced well, and I love that they give you a strawberry with your food. I always get the try two combo and I get the ultimate grilled cheese with their tomato soup. Spectacular. It’s a chain so don’t come in expecting the service you would get at a small, family owned restaurant. You get your food and that’s it.

I love Café Zupas. Always great food at good price. However, the café at the valley fair mall is not the greatest facility. To be fair, the food is great. I ordered the try 2 meal with an ultimate grilled cheese and clam chowder. I got water to drink. The staff in the food prep area was great but the young man at the cash register looked the part of his role but doesn’t understand the purpose of his barrier gloves. When he moves from the register to handling food and back to the register all while wearing the same gloves, does not leave me feeling that my food is safe from whatever germs are all over the money he handles. The plates and bowls did not seem clean, they had some kind of white film on them like they are not getting thoroughly washed or rinsed or both. When I walked in the door my nose was met with a very very strong smell of body odor, that seems to be emanating from someone that perhaps has not bathed in a couple days and does not use deodorant. The restroom was filthy. Overall, I give them three stars because the food is good but the presentation when I walk in is lacking.

Won’t be returning to the restaurant or recommending it any longer. Had an employee spill hot soup all over me causing two burns. To say that it ruined our meal experience doesn’t even need to be said. Assistant Manager was clueless, offered no immediate first aid. I had to insist on her writing up a written report. Said that they would report accident to their HR group and that I would hear back from them. Didn’t happen. Guess they don’t care that they caused harm to a patron. No longer a happy satisfied customer. Tues 12÷29÷15, 6 pm Served cold soup. Asked to have soup heated up. Heated soup brought to table, superheated from microwave. Server spilled soup over my left hand and chest scalding me. Offered no first aid. No first aid procedures apparent in restaurant. Poorly treated by Asst mgr. Placed written report with company before leaving to seek first aid. Not contacted by Zupas until two days later until I had called on my own. No apology for accident. I didn’t have to report this to them. As a business owner I would want to know of the gap in their procedures: 1. Cold soup. Hmmmm… are the staff using safe food handling procedures? 2. Accidents: In any restaurant there should be safety/accident procedures in place to not only protect patrons but the employees. I suspect that Zupas is a restaurant who just thinks they have an endless supply of young people that they don’t have to train.

This is a busy mall location so finding a parking spot can be a hassle. But they have the usual good food as with other Zupas. Nice employees.

TURNDOWNTHEDAMNMUSIC! Then I won’t have to repeat my damn order five times. Train your employees to talk slow and clearly, jesus hugging christ, am I talking to you about my food order, or are we having free style battle?! Am I tech 9 and you’re e40!??

I work in a nearby office and we wanted to place an order for pickup for 9 people. When we called they explained that they don’t offer that service and that we would need to treat it like catering which would take three hours. We were very surprised that they would prefer that we stand in line with such a large order. I would say they offer take out with a clause.

Café Zupas serves up freshly prepared sandwiches, soups, and salads. We ate at this location the other day for lunch and I enjoyed the a good lunch. I enjoyed the Honey Bacon Club panini with tomato soup. The chocolate covered strawberry was a delicious ending to lunch.

Good food. Great staff. Equals excellent service! I never was a salad kind of gal until now. I highly recommend their strawberry harvest chicken salad w/tomato basil soup. One thing: if I decide on getting just a salad, it’s sometimes not big enough. I hope they consider making larger portion options. They get really busy during lunch, but the line moves very quick.

Behold, the most competent fast food chain ever! These kids are smart. The food is decent too. I’m especially happy with the vegetarian options.

I really like this place for lunch. The staff are always friendly, helpful and efficient, and you walk out of there feeling like you had a healthy and fresh meal. The pick two combo is the deal you can’t go wrong with. The only problem is all of the salad choices sound delicious, and it is hard to choose which one. I prefer the berry salads(Nuts about Berries or the Spinach/Berry salad), but you can’t go wrong with any of them. The soup choices are also all very good(I recommend the Yucatan Chicken tortilla with the free add-ons of avocado and lime). Finally, they always give you a free chocolate dipped strawberry to round out your meal and send you off with a smile.

Café Zupas, I just love the freshness of the fruits on my salads, today I decided to try the very berry salad with the lobster bisque. And I was not disappointed at all. It was my first time trying the salad and the berries were delicious, I don’t know where they get their fruit because i know most of the berries on that salad are currently out of season, but they were so big and juicy, they made the salad look and taste amazing!

Great lunch spot. Super friendly high energy staff keeps things moving while making you feel right at home. The 2 combo offers great value. I had the honey bacon club and roasted red pepper & lobster soup. The sandwich was excellent made with fresh ciabatta. The soup was so flavorful and clearly contained real lobster. This place reminds me of another small group of restaurants in Hawaii called Aloha Salads. Like Zupas, they source their product from local farmers and ensure only the highest quality ingredients are used. Part of the growing trend of «food with integrity». Highly recommended.

Zupas, you never cease to amaze me with your consistently fresh and tasty menu items. I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience here, even on the busiest of days. They have their system down to a T. My two favorite soups are the Wisconsin Cauliflower and the Mushroom Bisque, but what makes it even better is if they are mixed together. Thank you to the gal who suggested it to me when I couldn’t decide on which flavor to get. That has since changed my life for the better. The Nuts About Berries salad is another favorite of mine, and if you are in the mood to indulge, the Salted Caramel Tiramisu is divine.

I love this place. Not only is the food amazing(try the summer salad, delish!), but the staff is always upbeat, happy, and helpful, the place is clean and well lit. I love going to a place like this, and it is not just this location, every location I have been to is like this.

Asian pulled pork sandwich, nuts about berries salad and lobster bisque soup is just my personal favorite combo there but I haven’t tried anything that I didn’t like. Your meal comes with chocolate dipped strawberries and bread which hold the soup well and is a nice compliment. It’s always busy at lunch but I can see why. The ingredients are fresh and the staff is friendly. I asked for 4 samples bc I was new to the entire thing and they were so patient with me. Maybe I came in on a good day. I’m kidding. This place is fast and taste great.
