Sleep in your car if this is your only option. This is the worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. There’s a sliding door into the room that is so filthy you can’t see through the glass. I can barely open it enough to get in and out and the lock is broken. The room is filthy. The bathroom is hair covered.

My room was comfortable and more amenities than I would expect at a low-​cost hotel: refrigerator, safe, nice shower, etc. The room was large enough to do stretches in and the breakfast was adequate. The hotel looks a bit old but the facilities are up-​to-​date and work well. From other reviews I’ve seen, it appears that the hotel was renovated and perhaps that management has changed. Everybody I dealt with was efficient and friendly.

The only thing good about this hotel was the updated room. The front desk messed up our reservation. We wanted to pay cash and the lady said when we offered to pay at check in, that we pay at checkout and just needed to have $ 100 incidental held on a credit card. Ok fine. Except they charged the WHOLE ROOM on the credit card and not the $ 100. AND AFTER TAKING OUR CASH! The man the next day said they would refund the room charge and nothing will go through. For some reason they charged another $ 10.80 on the card and NEVER refunded the room charge on the credit card. They said the $ 10.80 is a daily charge and would not go through. Now we have a dispute with them on our credit card. And the charge on the credit card took away our spending money and we could not do half the stuff we wanted due to their mistakes!
I have stayed at many different hotels when we travel, and have NEVER EVER experienced this kind of discombobulated service.
Needless to say, we will never stay there again!

Rooms have been remodeled and are pretty nice. The tv reception sucks though. Nice flat screens but their signal to them is crap. As I type this at 1:50am, the fire alarm is going off for the second time tonight. I’m on the 5^th floor. The first time I walked downstairs and outside. Not this time. If not for the remodeled rooms they would get one star.

We stayed here one night and I am glad it was just one night. The rooms were humid and dirty and the staff was unattentive and just rude. The place needs a serious upgrade and I felt as if I would be robbed in the lobby. It was the cheapest place around the area but I think we could have paid a bit more t be safe and clean. The bathrooms were nasty and full of hair in the tub. I have to say I have stayed in motels that were better than this and cheaper. I would stay away, stay far away. It is a awfull experience and one you wont get over soon after.
