Subway

The blinds hang haphazardly in the window, closed, with one side skewed way up & the other side down. The lettuce is turning pink. The bread is at least day old & stale.
We get no, «Hi welcome to Subway!» But «What do you want?» instead. They are the sloooooooowest sandwich makers I’ve ever seen, with obvious apathy about their jobs.
A man walks in and tries to fill his water bottle up with water at the soda machine while his family waits in line and the thing sprays out everywhere: The plastic spigots aren’t in place on the machine. Just as he tried to get the water the lady working says, «the spigots aren’t on there,» but in way too late timing for him to hear before he pushes the button.
She sneers at him and says «I told him they weren’t on there» to her coworker, rolling her eyes. It’s 2:00 in the afternoon. I guess that opening procedure was completely forgotten about.
Finally the sandwiches are done. We go to the soda machine but now have to wait for one of the girls to go into the back, get the spigots, and spend 7 – 8 minutes putting them all on — not asking which drink we’d like and putting the spigot on the spout for that drink so we can fill up our cups and get to eating. We just stand there and watch as she slowly puts all the spigots on all the spouts for each type of soda.
The worker also parked their car in the tiny parking lot’s only front row spot outside of handicapped.
Ladies who worked today: Just quit your jobs now; you obviously hate customers and what you do for a living.

I have never been to such a horrible subway, My fiancé and I were literally attacked by there crack head employees, first it’s was snide remarks and talking shit from the ghetto worker and then the butch parolee chick spit on me and actually tried to swing and hit me. We didn’t even get to try there food, but we did drive 3 minutes to the police and filed a police report, and the officer assured that those unruly employees would be getting fired and arrested. That was our experience today on Valentine’s!

Ordered a sandwich 1 ft long and a kids meal. The girl made the kids meal sandwich the size of a 6 inch. Let me add she looked and acted pretty new. I asked if I could pay the difference for the soda instead of a kids milk. The new girl asked the other one, not sure if she was a manager but let’s hope not, and she said 6 inches are not kids meal sizes (referring to the size the new girl made my kids sandwich) so I told her I didn’t order a 6 inch, I ordered a kids meal sandwich. I can’t believe she unpacked the sandwich had it cut in half and threw the other half in the trash. I don’t know how others feel about this but it was not my mistake, it was already packed up so to me that was not a good customer service decision. I hope she is not in any kind of management position cause that service is not very appealing. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t need any free food, it just felt like bad service. 6:58pm on 1÷20÷15

I’m really sad that i have to write a bad review. I love subway! This one is HORRIBLE! I work around the corner from this one and decided to stop by on my lunch. Of course it being a business area everyone was in there getting lunch. Really not a problem and everyone in line was really patient with the staff. There were two girls working when i got there. Every time a customer would take just a second too long to answer the question the girls would give dirty looks and make impatient noises at the customers, and half the time they wouldn’t give the customers enough time to even answer them. They put salt all over someones sandwich before they even got to answer and they did not want salt, so they had to make a another one. When it came to me you could tell she didn’t want to help me. I felt rushed and almost left and went somewhere else. Another girl walked in for her shift and to say should look unclean is an understatement. Her hair was all over the place she had smeared make up and look like a hot mess. The first thing she does when she walked behind the counter was to talk crap about the customers. Uhh HELLO we call all hear you! I don’t care if you are whispering i’m right next to you! It was super unprofessional and really rude. Oh and my sandwich was a mess. I got back to my office and it fell apart in front of me. I only ate half since i really couldn’t swallow the rest. I wont be coming back, i would rather drive to another subway that cares about their customers.

Place is usually slow. So if your trying to get in and get out then you should come here. We bring our clients here and they like it and the service is mostly good.

I love the spicy Italian sandwich, and its always good here! Good service… We come here often.

Only thing that bothered me here was that I noticed they dont always change their gloves when you ask for a veggie sandwich or use a seperate knife which I wish they did. The employees always look like theyre in a bad mood. I wish the manager would help out when its rush hour he really just stands there like an idiot while everyone else goes nuts. And sometimes when I ask for extra veggies I really mean extra! NOT ONE OR TWO!

2 ½ stars, rounding down to 2. I want to say the entries of other people on this page are likely very accurate.
I didn’t have the problem ordering the other Unilocalers did, but if you read my other subway reviews on customer service, I think you’ll know what to expect here. I’m not sure reviewer Amy is correct that the register person cannot also handle food, I think she just encountered another lazy franschisee that treats customers like waste matter.
I will say the franchisee’s daughter was a polite employee when I went. My main contribution to the analysis of this restaurant is my critique of the facilities. The restroom was horrendous (and believe me, I’m not dainty). The chairs were cracked and the other furniture was generally second rate.
Go to the one in Town Center Plaza if you have to have Subway.

.. . now i dont typically write reviews about fast food chains because their service and food are pretty much the same no matter where you go. .. but i just had to write about this one because it was really bad. .. i ordered a foot long cold cut and right away i knew i was fcuked. .. these girls came around the corner of the store like a nightmarish version of prison heat. .. really trashy. .. so back to my cold cut. .. my cold cut looked like it was in a hurricane and they put the wrong toppings on it. .. i dont know if they heard me correctly. .. i know some times mayonnaise and mustard almost sound alike so i know it happens. .. or maybe if i spoke mandarin or vietnamese they would have understood. .. .. . anyways DO NOT go this this subway. .. your best bet is to starve and wait until you come upon a decent joint just a few minutes down the road in either direction. ..

Someone came into my work last week and handed out about 50 coupons for Subway. A few of us went to this location as it’s just down the street. They told us that they don’t except coupons. What? Food has always been fairly good here, but isn’t consistant with other Subways, it’s kind of like they’re in their own little world there.

This is your typical Subway, except that it has a drive-​thru window and a ton of seating. The drive-​thru feature is not in use and never has been. I come here a lot because my office is close and I like it. Every time I go in here, the same two people are working. I think one of them is either the owner or the owner’s son. He’s always posted up at the cash register and will not budge to help the person making the food. I am sure it’s a health code violation to go straight from taking people’s money to making a sandwich — so wash your hands and put on some gloves like everyone else! Today, there were about six customers waiting in line to place their order. The person making the sandwiches was doing a good job, but it just wasn’t fast enough. The register guy just stood there and watched as the other worker made sandwiches, restocked the vegetables, ran to the back to get more bread, and even answered the phone! Regardless, my sandwich was good as always, and for that, I will return.
