The service I receive here over and over is consistently disappointing. I recently started a new commute and this location is most convenient. I’ve never had a good experience here so I’ve avoided it. However, out of convenience I tried again today. The partner at the register definitely isn’t or wasn’t a morning person today. No greeting, no «thank you» and no smiles. And worse than all that, my drink was made wrong. Too bad I didn’t notice until I was back on the road. Something about this location is broken, and I’m out of patience hoping it will get better.

Inna was great this morning I ordered 2 drinks and had to add a 3rd drink she took care of me right away and didn’t charge me for the 3rd drink she is awesome and beautiful most of all great customer service thank you inna you are awesome.

Originally posted a negative review about 3 months ago regarding slow drive through service and other about one year ago regarding the quality of their drinks. Retracting my original reviews as over the last few months I have been there at least 2 – 5 times a week and since my 2nd review, quality, service and speed has improved dramatically. The manager did take my concerns very seriously, showing he cares about his store and his customers. And his change to having Princess(not sure about her name) handle the drive through has improved not only speed, but customer service. This lady is always smiling, helpful, and very thorough. Props to Lake Rd Starbucks for making that change swiftly. It has kept me coming back on the regular.

Starbucks customer service has become horrible — especially the drive through locations. If you choose to go inside, all the employees help the drive through customers and ONE distracted person tries to help the people inside. Also many times they take an inappropriate amount of time waiting on fellow Starbucks employees. I am often outraged by how horrible the service has become at Starbucks.

This location is conveniently situated right off the 80 and close to the Park and Ride, so you can grab your morning cup of joe before carpooling and hopping back on the freeway. I’ve had consistently friendly service here with minimal wait times in the drive thru. One time the drive thru line looked a bit long, so I parked and walked in and got my drink instantly. Score! If you’re looking for somewhere to sit down, you won’t be disappointed by this location. They have several tables and chairs inside, as well as some outdoor seating. So, bring your textbooks, laptops, study buddies, or just a friend for a nice morning chat! Obviously the menu is nothing special, just your standard Starbucks options. I usually opt for a CAPPUCCINO or FLATWHITE, because I love espresso that’s tempered slightly by hot milk/foam but isn’t sweetened. As far as breakfast sandwiches, you can’t go wrong with the BACONANDGOUDA that’s served warmed and on ciabatta bread. Overall, props to the friendly employees. I can hear the smiles in their voices through the drive thru speaker. That’s kind of silly, I know, but it’s nice to be served by people who are upbeat and happy! I’ll take a smile with my coffee!

Went here 3÷19÷2016 at 1:20pm. I had to repeat the order several times to the girl on the mic and had no confirmation of the order by her or by the blackened lcd screen at the drive thru. Ok. go to the window and she asked for $ 11 something. Wow I thought that was a lot for two drinks but OK so I figure I will pay and look at the prices close next time. I pay with my gift card and she said I still owe another $ 1.50 because the card didn’t cover it. Then asked asked if I want the card, I said no because it’s empty I don’t need it. So she discarded it for me and I gave her $ 1.50. Then she said here is your first drink and your two mochas are on the way. NO I said to her. «I only ordered one mocha and one americano, that’s all» She looked like she saw a ghost and said OK and ran to the back area then returned after a long delay with one mocha. Feeling lost about the whole situation, I asked for my receipt since she was trying to send me away without it(not good business). She replies«oh it will be a while because I have to go to the front to do that». After another long delay a guy shows up at the window with my receipt and says«Sorry she’s new, we credited your card back». I was completely insulted at this point and took the receipt from him. The receipt shows the entire transaction was voided, and since she threw away my card, where is the $ 4.25 for the mocha, and what happened to the $ 1.50 cash? I told the guy with the hoops in his earlobes to tell his manager about the bad service, I don’t feel he did though.

SO you would thing with every Starbucks you go to you would get the same drinks, customer service, and experience right. Well it seamed busy here, and they made my drink wrong. I advised the Starbuck’s partner that my drink was wrong, and it appeared as though it was my fault based on the tune of voice I was spoken to by the partner. I didn’t need to make a point, or argue with anyone and just took the drink anyway, especially since I had a meeting to go to and couldn’t wait around. Stay clear of this location, they are more concerned about perhaps there regular customers, and themselves.

I absolutely love this Starbucks! Compared to other locations in West Sacramento, it’s never too crowded –which is perfect if you want a guaranteed space to study. Yesterday, I went and didn’t want a caffeinated drink so I ordered a tea. The employee(wish I could remember his name) was extremely helpful. Without him I wouldn’t of known what tea to choose from! Will definitely come again!

Let me start off by saying customer service is great!!! I really enjoy seeing this girl(Never catch her name) she has these really pretty purple glasses on and she is soooooo super nice I enjoy making small talk with her every morning while I wait for my drink! This location is my favorite Because of this girl and they haven’t run out of pumpkin spice latte yet! I wish they weren’t just seasonal!

OMG how did I not come to this place before! The location is pretty big and has enough seating to get your nerd on. It is right off the Freeway and traffic in here moves quickly. This is a great alternative for the busier Starbucks, especially in Davis. I was surprised to see low ratings since I thought this place was great! The barista, actually, all of the staff was friendly providing excellent service. They have two restrooms and this location is near a mexican and japananese restaurant which come in handy during a study break!

Pretty darn convenient location: right before the entrance to the Yolo Causeway going towards Davis is a Starbucks. With a drive thru. Drive thru took forever and a few more days, but I didn’t have to get out of the car. ‘Murica!

I’ve been here a lot more since my last review, an I am really happy with this Starbucks location. I’ve started mobile ordering here and they are soooooo good with it. Out of all the locations that I go to, this is my favorite. I oder, my drinks are ready for me, they always confirm who I am, and I’m outta there before my carpool buddy/boyfriend even turns the car around. It shaves like 10 minutes from our commute compared to drive through or ordering in-store haven’t have a single drink made wrong since mobile ordering and they are always really nice. They also must be really good at handling a rush because theres never really a long line in the store. The drive-through line can build up, but that doesn’t bother me cause I never have to use it anyway! Kudos to you guys for rocking the mobile orders!

Most Starbuck’s usually follow a consistent protocol, and I find that this place hasn’t been out of the norm. I have been here a few times but not as much as my brother-in-law who lives for his morning coffee. This place is pretty much out of my area, unlike my brother-in-law who works in West Sacramento and will usually stop here on the way to his job. The only times I happen to stop at this location is when my family is going on a road trip and I’m along for the ride. We drop off the dogs at Wag Hotel, grab our beverages and then we are off! I often order a café mocha, my sister gets green tea, and her husband gets dark roast. Sometimes we get tempted by a delicious looking pastry, energy bar or a fruit & yogurt parfait. Service is always friendly and efficient, but since we usually arrive there at the crack of dawn, it’s not busy, so compared to some of the other disappointed Unilocalers, we got the satisfactory«bright & shining faces» morning service! I look forward to continuing more road trips and making it a tradition to stop here each time!(And I’m not even a morning person)!

Went through here to get Starbucks. Got a soy drink. It was explained to me that the chunks from the soy drink was from the protein. I thought ok… let’s try it. Drank it and it was rotten soy milk. Went back in, the lady poured the drink to another cup to double check if i was telling the truth and said«oh ya your right» made me a new drink. Just said sorry. I’m an avid Starbucks goer. Been here before and it was fine. But the way I was treated and for them to sell rotten milk is just gross. I wouldn’t even give that to my dog. By the way, I saw the expiration date it expired on 9−20−15 it is now 10−10−15. never will I return to this Starbucks again.

Location, Location, Location. Top it off with a taco from Sancho’s right nearby and you’ll have yourself a pretty great night by my standards. And everything around here closes before 8 so you’ll get home in time to watch the nightly news. That is, you’ll be home in time to find out that we really aren’t sure about China or Russia, that the Middle East is a mess, that everyone is racist, and that Kim Jong Ill has threatened to nuke the homeland. Oh, and definitely newsworthy: Donald Trump said the same thing he said yesterday. This review is shorter than most but exceedingly concise.

This is my go to Starbucks, as its the one closest to work. There is nothing here that sets them apart from the rest(bad customer service, no parking on weekday mornings). The only good thing is they are right off the freeway with drive thru. I usually stick to menu drinks and they are fine, however my coworkers have had a lot of problems with more complicated drinks…

Ugh. I wish there was a more convenient Starbucks because this one sucks. On May 20, I went inside and ordered a pastry. «Would you like that heated?» «No, thank you.» «Your order can be picked up at the end of the counter.» Really? You couldn’t have taken five seconds and thrown a coffee cake in a bag? Close to five min later, I get my pastry… so hot it burned my hand. So two hours later when I took my break, it was all soggy and sweaty. Yum… not. Glutton for punishment that I am, today I go back. I go inside again. I order«a classic oatmeal, two brown sugars, and one nut medley.» «No fruit?» «No thank you, just the NUTMEDLEY and TWO brown sugars, please.» A different employee gives it to me. «Could I get a handle bag, please?»(Seriously, you shouldn’t have to ask for a bag with oatmeal.) So while she’s getting a bag, I look at the toppings. ONE brown sugar, one bag of dried fruit, one bag of dried fruit and nuts. ZERO bags of nut medley. The bag says right on it «NUTMEDLEY,» for crying out loud! So I have to ask for what I ordered AGAIN. She brings the right toppings to me and I’m on my merry, yet annoyed, way. I get to work, put my toppings on, grab my spoo… wait, WHAT!!! My spoon is a freaking KNIFE!!! Really!!! I’m done. I’m getting up ten minutes earlier so I can go to a Starbucks that doesn’t screw up 99% of the time. Goodbye convenience.

Due to having a gift card, and previous poor service my last experience, obviously my thirst quenching demon inside of me had what sounded like a good idea at the time. My last experience, sucked, but you know what sucked more, asking for soy milk because I am lactose intolerant, and being up all evening and morning on the porcelain throne crying my eyes out with a trash can next to me and my husband asking God why on earth someone would make a mistake like that. I ordered a frappaccino with SOY milk, walked out with regular milk apparently because for $ 0.60 extra charge for soy and to not have my intestines trying to fall out of my body, I trusted in them.(as if $ 5 for a small drink isn’t enough right?) Shame on me. I am sorry folks, but READ your orders when you start blending shakes over there. I don’t care if I have to wait an extra five mins for my drink to be made. I almost missed a day of work for their error.
