Raley’s

Recently, Raley’s and Bel-​Air have instituted a policy where anyone that does business with Raley’s is NOT WELCOME to eat food or drink drinks (that were purchased IN THE STORE) in the public eating areas by Peet’s coffee. Apparently, vendors, and others are NOT considered customers even though they are spending money in the store (the very DEFINITION of a customer). They have actually started asking people to LEAVE the café. Eat in their break room, or go outside in the heat. WHAT MAKES US ANY DIFFERENT FROM OTHER CUSTOMERS ??? WE SPEND MONEY, WE SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO EAT IN THE CAFE LIKE ALL THE OTHER CUSTOMERS. Are we second class citizens now, because of our jobs ?? Sounds like discrimination to me. I will no longer be spending ANY MORE MONEY with this chain. I am cutting up their «rewards «card, and sending it back to them with a scathing letter of rebuke. I hope you all shop elsewhere, as this chain is falling fast. Long gone are the glory days when Tom Raley was alive. I bet these kinds of actions would make him sick. To have taken what used to be a great chain, and run it into the ground is just sad. SAFEWAY, WINCO, WALMART, FOODMAXX. The list of options we have to choose from goes on and on. So what does Raley’s do? Alienate even MORE of their shrinking customer base. Not smart. You have lost a customer, and don’t forget: when a customer has a bad experience, they tell 10 times more people than when they have a positive experience. How many hundreds of people are going to read this? And then, how many more on all the social media outlets? Hope it was worth it to you. Tom Raley is tossing in his grave !

this building has been a corporate staple in West Sacramento for a long time. being that this is Raley’s corporate office for California. this is where the orders come this is where the pictures are taken for the add this is where the ads are produced. do not park in the parking lot after hours because you will be towed. it’ll be texting if you’re going to recap game but don’t do it because you’ll be towed.
