Panda Express

Found gray pieces in my white steamed rice.
Three stars because Manager apologized & offered replacement rice.
Explanation was rice burnt in the cooker.

I totally just found a hair in my food. I’ve been studying for exams so I haven’t had time to cook but Panda just convinced me otherwise.
Everything tasted fine before I found the hair — but it was kind of oily and there was a huge line when I went in so they were kind of sloppy about putting together my online order.
They were quick and efficient and rang me up within ten minutes, but they really need to check their food/​boxes/​cook a little more carefully because everything was scattered together when I opened the takeout box.
OH also this location runs out of food quickly, they’re constantly cooking, which means if you order at the location you may have to wait 15 minutes for your food to cook.
So. Maybe just avoid this location for now. I know I will for a bit after tonight’s order.

On Friday March 4^th, Panda Express hosted a fundraising event for West Sacramento Little League. I wanted to say that this was the easiest way for many to enjoy going out to eat, in a Kid frendly enviroment and also help needed funds to help keep WSLL’s now 63 years of serving over 650 kids in the community play Little League Baseball. I wanted to say thank you and say we look forward to many more fundraising events with Panda Express and this location.

Your staff were very friendly and took the time not only for my family to make sure they would like the dish by giving samples before they bought. This was a nice touch and liked by many. I have no idea how many orders were sold but I know of near 100 for sure. My guess it was way more then that.

We love Panda! It is so good, fresh, hot & fast! I know sometimes you have to wait for your item to be cooked. And sometimes you have to ask for an item to be cooked! But it is well worth the wait! I have no expectations on the wait time at this Panda, they have mad skills! Such as today I went, Ada V. greeted me immediately with a big beautiful smile! Ordering for more than 1 person can be a challenge tho! But Ada was right on top of my order! She got it straight! Juan cooked my food, very nice man! Also Blong, Colin & Roland are on it!

Seriously? It’s beef and broccoli and there are only TWO (2) pieces of beef and about 10 pieces of broccoli.

This is the only Panda Express I go to. My reason being, is the restaurant is always clean, organized, friendly, and best part of all FRESH! For Americanized-​Chinese food, it is easy for me to do an online order from work, and just run in and pick it up. Never has my order been messed up, and everyone has always been super cheerful and friendly in a ‘not so fake’ way. If you use the coupon code NOLINE for online ordering for a new account, you get a free a la carte entrée. of any kind. I go for the shrimp lol!
If you want Chinese fast food in the area, don’t shy away from this Panda. It’s worth the $ 10.

I have visited this place many times and every time disappointed me even more, one time I orderd to go and found small roaches in the plastic bag, they also served the plates very poorly, there are a couple workers that they pour food in the plate and scoop it out, very afraid to give you extra, after all you don’t get what you pay for. always buy 4 plates and they give me one cookie or two, my kids always have fun with the cookie and I hate to see they don’t get one.

The begieng beef was burnt to a crisp. When I asked if the egg noodles were made with wheat, the girl told me, «no, I don’t think so.» Then she asked the cook and the cook said no. I looked it up online and they are wheat noodles. Kind of important for gluten allergy! Too bad product knowlege isn’t in their employee handbook. You would think you’d want to take care of the largest ticket that came in on a monday. Dont worry I won’t bring my family back and bother you with pestering questions.

By far the least satisfying Panda Express I’ve been to, brown rice was hard and food was not like other locations. Skip this spot and go to the next.

It scratches the itch for Chinese food about as well as Taco Bell scratches the itch for Mexican food. Generally speaking, this store has fresh food on the line. Seems like the later you go, the reduced selection of items available has been sitting way past it’s prime under a heat lamp.

Taste the same as all the other places. I like the Cashier (Vanessa). Her personality is awesome and makes it worth going.
also IT’S CHINESE FAST FOOD PEOPLE!!! Which means you’ll be hungry in 30 minutes instead of an hour.

I was craving beef and broccoli and thought I would stop in. When I got there I parked and checked in. I started reading the reviews and got a little scared to go in there. It did look very slow. No one was in there except the people who worked there so I didn’t bother to go in and get food that was probably sitting there all day. I guess I dodged that bullet. :P

It’s clean with good service. No drive thru though sucks.

I love this location, very close to home. The employees provide excellent customer service and the restaurant is always clean and tidy. Great food, great atmosphere. You get a lot of food for the price.

My son and I got so sick after eating the broccoli beef from here. The food is mediocre. The family and I were fans of Panda Express before they moved into this location. But the food here just is not up to par with other Panda Expresses we’ve had. I’m not sure if its because there is not a lot of foot traffic here, food tends to stay under the lamps longer, going bad, or like another reviewer said the rice getting dried out and they don’t replace it to save costs. I most likely won’t be going here again. I reported our illness to the CDC and health county service. Yuck.

I don’t like giving bad reviews but this place lead me to it. For a chain store, this is the worst Panda Express I’ve been to. Mind you that I haven’t Unilocaled in almost a month.
The boyfriend and I didn’t eat the whole day since breakfast time. So we went here after the California State Fair, swimming at the recreation, and grabbing some Jamba Juice across the street. It was very empty in the store, I’ve never been to this Panda Express before until last Saturday. The worker was GREAT, really nice and talked to us while my boyfriend and I ordered. We ordered to-​go. I got fried rice, orange chicken, and egg rolls. My boyfriend got the same but instead of egg rolls, he got beef broccoli. He decided to get his own order because he thought he’d finish it, because I can’t really finish it by myself. When we got home (I live 2 minutes away.) I was starving! So, I was ready to kill my food! BUT, I was so sad that the fried rice was HARD. How can you even serve that to your customers knowing that YOU WON’T EAT IT YOURSELF?! It felt like left-​over fried rice or something. My sister warned me about this place before not being good. I like most Panda Express but this was the worst. Customer service is great, but what really matters is the FOOD that goes in my mouth. I was really mad. I only ate the egg roll, I couldn’t eat the orange chicken w/​o the fried rice. what a waste. My boyfriend didn’t finish his food like he thought and I barely touched mine. If you’re looking for a good Panda Express, go somewhere else. there’s plenty of them close by.
You can’t mess with a girl and her hunger. If she’s highly disappointed when she’s hungry, she will throw a fit. :) I was kind of sad because I’ve been eating healthier/​good, but I wanted to let loose for one day and put aside my better eating habits to eat that yummy orange chicken but I didn’t get to. Boo you, Panda Express.
