Dear Ivan, when transferring a new customer, test the damn phone! And tell us that it takes three days for the buffoons at metropcs to actually port it so we will use Verizon or ANYONEELSE!!! Now about the liers at your alleged customer service… Blamed it on Verizon. They don’t even recognize the number. Ivan, you had one job. You failed!

OK, so today I get greeted by bon qui qui, with an attitude that made me want to snatch her 11 piece track hair do straight out! Lazy as they want to be they direct you to a machine that adds on a 2 dollar charge to your bill! Why is this store even open? As bon qui qui is coloring in boxes with a red pin on paper her customer ask«what happened»? Her answer was you had your data off. So the I get stuck with dexter missing the laboratory, pushing buttons on a machine ready to let me go forward with the hidden convenience charge! Yeah never again, the regional manager needs to blow this spot up and see how take care of business. The one round faced brotha helped me out before and was cool, but he coworkers suck something fierce!

All Unilocal reviews on this store are negative and here is another horror story. I bougm Metro PCS it was defective so I called their 800# for a replace enemy on warranty. Useless Philippine call center always puts you on hold minimum 30 to 40 minutes to get live person. explai was defecrive and wan to send it back for new one. Was tld i had ro go in perso to Metro PCS stoZTEre for repla cement. In 100 miles ofSacramento there is only ONE corporate Metro P. S store and it was 2 hour bus ride to get thereby. I had to go all the way to West Sac ro get replacement. cell. The snotty clerk who waited on me refused to honor the warranty and accused me of lying the phone was defective. He was too lazy to even look at my phone. I told him to call my cello on his office phone and listen for himself too see how you cannot hear the other person and they cannot hear you. I cannot get internet connection except if I go to cache history and get online that way which sucks since I. Can only go to previously visited websites. The clerk waved his hands in the air and rolled his eyes in contempt when I asked him too see for himself my cell was defective. He sneered at me and said«we do not do repair or tech support here.» Well what DO you do here except commit breach of contract and refuse to honor the warranty? At that point under extreme unwillingness he said«OK. I will order you a replace enemy phone and I will call you in a week to pick it up when ir arrives». That was one month ago and I never heard from him. He refused ro give me a business card and said they do not stock businesses cards at their office. . The phone number is not working any more and I have no way to contact then. I took the cell back to downtown Sac J Street Wireless and they did not help me either. Do not get a ZTE phone and do not get cell service with Metro PCS and J Street Wireless at J and 7th street in downtown Sac.

This place is the worst… customer service skills ZERO. Store manager… LOSER Reactivated my phone where I would have got a new wall charger included but they showed me the external chargers and said they hold up to a week on phones… much more powerful. $ 22 dollars for convenience. I get home and it discharged my phone… I charged it up on a wall charger to give it a chance again once it needed a recharge and same thing. Discharge. Well it was Christmas and they were closed. tried it one more time, same thing and brought it back. They would not exchange but only give me a wall charger which I would have got for free(EVENTHOUGH I BROUGHTITBACKWITHIN5DAYS). By this time in the discussion I’ve got 6 people behind me hearing the conversation saying… hey just exchange it for another external charger even though its not the same model. Nope, won’t do it. They’re all sayin’…well give her the wall charger and the defective external model she got back to try and fix on her own… Nope won’t do it. The gal got her supervisor on the phone twice but would not let me speak with her or negotiate a deal to even pay for an upgrade. These people suck big time… stay away from them. Oh and I’ve gone there on several occasions only to find a printed note on the door to say, they’ll be back… on a lunch break or pee break, etc. These people are a waste of your time and leave an incredibly bad reputation on Metro PCS.

Horrible customer service. The people who run this place are dumber than a box of rocks. They also false advertise. Thank God I switched over to Verizon!
