Angel, Jaron, and the Systems Design team are outstanding in every respect. They have done top-​level work on all AV aspects of our home: tv, wifi, sound system, and lighting system. They are a pleasure to work with and always immediately responsive. We had difficulty with a prior AV service who told us that there were fundamental wiring problems in our home that prevented certain products from working. By contrast, Angel and Jaron were able to get everything working as soon as they took over the AV systems for our home. We could not be more thankful!

After I spent some time researching and trying out different TV and Home Theatre installation companies with quite a few failed attempts, I had finally stumbled upon Systems Design and Integration and I’m so happy that I did.
Angel was very responsive from the first day that I reached out to him. He had returned my call within two minutes and was quick to set up a consultation appointment the same week! He arrived on time and was very informative as to what components I needed so I can purchase them online. His quote was very reasonable and better than any of the quotes that I had received from other companies.
Another great thing to add is that he stands by his products. I had bought a switcher from him and it was acting up a few weeks after installation (due to my Blu-​Ray player). I then contacted Angel again and he was very responsive and came back to my place to determine that the problem was. We had thought the problem was fixed but then later realized that the switcher was the issue so he exchanged it and installed a new switcher.
I have no issues so far and I would highly recommend Systems Integration and Design. Their customer service is fantastic!

Angel and Eddie/​Eddy (not sure about the spelling) were great. They showed up within the time frame that were stated and was very professional. They were also very nice and during the whole install, kept asking if I was satisfied with the way the TVs were mounted. Will recommend them to friends and families for any electronics work!

My new smart TV and the audio system is working just fine. They set up my universal control for all my electronics: TV, cable, audio and lights.
Now our basement looks as a Movie theater and the sound is amazing.

I recently used SDI to install in-​wall and in-​ceiling speakers in my new house, in the living room, kitchen, and media room. Angel came out promptly to give me an estimate, and they were able to install within a week. The house is brand-​new, so I was very concerned about avoiding wall damage.
I had a 5.1 surround system put in two different rooms, and in-​wall speakers for the kitchen. We discussed placement options, speaker options, and I found Angel to be knowledgable and responsive. He was more than happy to use my pre-​existing subwoofer amplifier, and there was no pressure to do more, or buy more than I was looking for.
They came on the day we agreed, on time, were courteous, professional, cleaned up after themselves, and the speakers look (and sound) amazing!

I used Systems Design and Integration to finish a job that was begun after a recent home renovation. The prior installer left the job a mess and failed to complete several aspects. Angel and his team came in and assessed what was done and did a great job completing the job. We were hoping to use someone who could use as much of the prior work and not simply start over. We were very pleased with the price quote and options he provided. System Design got the job done when promised and within the budget agreed. The work was well done and integrated state of the art equipment with the work that had been completed. Most importantly, we were provided ample instruction on how to use it and a quick response time when we had a question. I can’t say enough about Angel and his crew at Systems Design and Integration, Inc. He and his guy Tony installed a 119″ screen, projector and complete ⁵⁄₁ in wall speaker system in no time. They were very punctual & explained everything to me very thoroughly, every step of the way. Angel took my job on short notice. I had a falling out my last AV guy & I’m so glad this happened. I wish I had found Angel’s company sooner. There were absolutely no high pressure sales tactics like with most AV guys and the final price was exactly what he originally quoted me. They also cleaned and vacuumed after they were done. I am forever a customer of Systems Design and Integration, Inc. I very highly recommend using them for all of your AV needs.

Angel and the SDI team did an outstanding job while hanging/​hiding the wires for my 50 inch TV in my living room. Not only was the price reasonable but he was on time and cleaned up after the job was complete. They were very professional and honest throughout the entire process. I recently used Systems Design & Integration for a home theater/​home audio installation project at my house in the metrowest area. For anyone looking for help with an A/​V or home theater installation project, I highly recommend SDI for the job.
My experience with SDI was great from start to finish. Angel, owner of SDI responded to my initial inquiry on the same day I called, and met me at my house for a consultation and project discussion to determine our needs. Within 24 hours I had three highly detailed estimates explaining different options for equipment and installation.
After providing his proposals, Angel took the time to walk me through all of the details and answer my questions as well as make revisions and adjust proposals as needed. He is a helpful and friendly guy, and very easy to work with.
We decided on a family room home theater set up with extra speaker zones in the kitchen and outdoor patio area. During the installation days, Angel and his installation colleague, Tony, took great care to install everything neatly and carefully with a professional-​level attention to detail.
Upon completion of the job, Angel gave us a full tutorial of how to use our system and where all the key components are located throughout the house. The end result is a cleanly installed system that looks and sounds great & is user friendly too.
On top of doing great work, Angel and Tony are friendly, easy to talk to guys and offer competitive pricing. If you have home theater or other A/​V project you need help with, I highly recommend giving SDI a call.

Angel was great to work with! He hung my 60 inch flatscreen over my fireplace. He was very polite, careful, and nice. He was only there for 3 hours, and the price was very reasonable. He hid all the wires with only making a few holes in the wall which was easily taken car of by my painter. The look is stunning and it’s very affordable! He cleaned up after himself and laid tarps down wherever he was working.
