When my father passed Lawer Funeral Home’ took great care in every aspect of process. All it took was one phone call late in the night and Bob Lawler made sure that my father’s passing was handled in a respectful and dignified manner. When it was time to discuss arrangements there was not any attempt to get us to purchase any services that we did not need or want. The price for the services given was fair and reasonable, Bob explained every charge and there were not any surprises.

This past week we lost a precious family member. We went to Crosby & Lawler on Centre Street in West Roxbury based upon my brothers initial phone conversation with Bob Lawler. He made a very emotional time so much easier. We were notified immediately when potential issues arose so that those issues could be dealt with and settled. The Lawler brothers explained EVERYTHING… from the breakdown of expense… to handling the details at the church (he even had the out of town priest on his cell phone contacts)… Giving us ideas for photos and memorials. Our precious family member was a disabled veteran of the Korean War. Bob Lawler knew what would be reimbursed from the VA and what would be our responsibility. My uncle chose to be buried with his brothers in West Roxbury instead of the Bourne National Cemetery. When his burial takes place there will be an Military Honor Guard present. All of these details being handled for us. We were told by the VA that the Lawler brothers handle many veterans memorials even when they are unable to pay.
