We recently had the sad task of planning my father’s funeral, obviously a very stressful and emotional time for us. In addition it was the week before Christmas and we needed to organize services on the west coast and the east coast as the burial was in West Roxbury. We wanted dad ‘home’ for Christmas which meant we had make arrangements for two services on opposite sides of the country, to be completed within 9 days.
We chose this location because we needed a funeral home with plenty of parking, in close proximity to the cemetery, with a enough space to seat 70 people for a service and technology to show a slide show and a video. Eddie Doherty and Pat Twomey made the process as easy as it could be. They were very open about pricing and did all they could to help us arrange a beautiful service for my father with military honors.
