We came in due to an ad they have on their website offering special lease pricing. When we arrived to inquire about the deal, they were conveniently out of stock of the car they were offering. Then they tried to lease us another vehicle at a more expensive price with inception costs doubling the amount of the actual down payment.
We have brand loyalty and have a trade in. We felt like it was all smoke and mirrors which is typical in auto sales and advertising.
It was such a disappointment from a luxury brand.

I took my car in today for a oil change. The tech told me I have a $ 500.00 car, in my opinion is an insult. Its A 1991 240 Volvo that I love. It just happens to be my favorite model. He didn’t top off the fluids. He kept abruptly shaking my wheels to show me and another tech how bad I needed ball joints. I thought he was going to further damage the ball joints with his force. It was the worst experience I have ever had. I would not go back here again. Not a good day for me. However I want to mention the service adviser inside and the cashier were very nice people. The mechanic needs training in customer service skills and efficiency. Now the Check engine light comes on.

They take a long time and the last two times I have been there they seem to find a lot of issues with my car that go un treated but show no sign of being a problem many. I have been taking my cars there for years but they have all new service managers and they are not really nice about you having to shell out big money on repairs.
