Extremely respectable dessert location. Tons of choices in ice cream, toppings, add ons and candy. Think Cold Stone only more fun, since there are lots of candies you can get yourself and tons of toys around(for sale). Four stars due to price which I thought was pretty steep even for WPB. Two milkshakes were nearly $ 18.

Very nice interior, and lots of selection of sweets between candy, fudge, candied apples, and ice cream! We opted for the luxury sampler for $ 11.99. That’s 9 scoops of all different flavours. It wasn’t busy so the lady behind the counter let us try about 6 – 7 flavours before getting it. She also let us get our servings in two goes so that the ice cream didn’t melt! Definitely advise the pretzel ice cream flavour if you’re not allergic to peanuts!

Extremely pricey, but the ice cream is very good. My daughter got an $ 11 ice cream in a flower pot and she really enjoyed it. She almost finished it. There is also a $ 80 ice cream sampler with 13 scoops of ice cream. Cute place, I imagine young kids would love it there. Interesting menu. The ice cream flavors are ok, and it seems like it is always crowded. I gave it 4 instead of 5 because the prices are quite high.

Walking into Sloan’s you feel like you are in a magical ice cream paradise. The smell of sugar, candy, cookies, chocolate and ice cream is enough to put you into a sweets coma. I’ve tried 5 or 6 of their ice cream flavors and have loved them all. They offer seasonal flavors and all kinds of flavor mash ups. There really is something for everyone. Between the fresh baked cookies, ice cream and gourmet chocolates you will have a hard time deciding. At least I always do. They have lots of novelty gifts, cards, toys and packaged candies. If the smell does not draw you in the décor will. The bright walls, vintage style tile and painted ceilings are worth a trip alone. Prices are not cheap but your paying for the ambiance and yummy treats so expect to dig in your wallet a bit.

It was so good we came here twice during our 7 day vacation. The waffle smell hit me as soon as I walked in and I all but ran to the counter. I felt like a kid looking at all of the options with my nose pressed against the glass and a little drop of drool forming at the corner of my mouth. The woman behind the counter greeted us as we came in and offered us samples of anything we wanted to try. We took full advantage of that offer and tried 3 or 4 each. The first time we went I ordered pistachio and pralines and cream in a waffle cone. The pistachio was loaded with nuts, so don’t get it if you don’t like a lot of nuts(when I was a kid I loved the pistachio flavor at Carvel because it had precisely 0 nuts in it, but now I love pistachios). When I got to the last bite of pistachio, I got a taste of cinnamon and realized that instead of pralines and cream, I was given apple pie. I was disappointed and we had already left so I couldn’t go back and change it. It was delicious though, it had literal chunks of apple pie in it. It got a little too sweet somewhere in the middle but that didn’t stop me from eating every last drop. The second time I ordered the coconut and pralines and cream. The same woman served us so I watched carefully to make sure I got that pralines and cream. Ugh it was so good. Again a little on the sweet side, but it helps to balance it out with a flavor that’s not so sweet. My husband got strawberry and banana and loved both. Friendly service, excellent ice cream. What a nice treat.

Best chocolate chip cookie I’ve ever had by far, and my girlfriend’s strawberry ice cream was really good too. Very friendly and efficient staff — once we knew what we wanted, they checked us out quickly. There are tons of different types of sweets here, so no matter what you like, you will find something here.

Love the colors and the food. They stingy when it comes to serving the right amount of ice cream but it was delicious. Men’s bathroom was out of order so they had to share the women’s and there was only one stale. Pee was in the floor and every thing from the floor to the door was wet. So freaking nasty.

Loved the service I got here, and it’s a great location to bring the family to when you are downtown. Park in the city’s banyan garage where it’s $ 1 per hour and avoid the meters and surface lots around so you can save more $ for ice cream!!! Décor is over the top but so are the many interesting flavors, and real flavors too, not weird names and kiddie colors. Best rum raisin, praline, pistachio, and carrot cake ice cream I have had. Servers were friendly and patient when serving my family and since is conveniently located across the city commons(park) bring a ball or frisbee for the kids to play with while you sit back and enjoy your rich, delicious, ice cream.

Sweet tooth heaven! Tons of people in the shop but service was quick and we didn’t have to wait in line for too long. Snickers + Vanilla in a waffle cone AMAZINGGGG! Next time I’ll definitely try their other treats!

It is so disappointing when you want to like a place because 1– you want to support local businesses 2– because the place is super fun and colorful and 3– because the product is good… but then customer services sucks! I gave this place three chances and seriously… I’m done! Last time I was here, the guy behind the counter seemed in such a rush to get me my two super teeny tiny scoops of ice cream that it made me feel I was bothering him! Mind you… I was the ONLY customer in the store! WTF? I am not one of those customers who go into an ice cream parlor and order one scoop, and takes 5 minutes to decide on the next one! This dude was literally annoyed! Rude and he always is!!! Having recently moved to WPB, I wasn’t familiar with other places to go, but then I discovered CARVEL on S Dixie and Ha!!! Great customer service, great selection and surprise… fair prices! Sloans? No thank you!!!

Yum! So many flavors and a really nice variety as well. I had a carrot cake ice cream that was delicious and I liked that I could have a waffle cup(Instead of a waffle cone). Service was friendly — just remember to say«Please» :)

Decoration is cute and they have variety of candies. Ice cream is good. Staff is nice and helpful. The restrooms are funny cause the seem to have clear walls — windows but when you lock nobody can see u. I laugh so much the first time.

We couldn’t find a Cold Stone nearby so we went here. Great service… but the Ice Cream is WAY too sweet, yuck… It’s like eating two chocolate bars mixed into sweet ice cream… both my boyfriend and I had stomach aches from it afterwards, and I completely broke out the next day. Won’t be going back.

Love it!!! This is truly a Palm Beach landmark! It’s a tradition to visit Sloans every time I visit West Palm Beach. The bathroom is where it’s at! The famous see-thru door! You gotta see it! It fogs up when you lock it behind you! The ice cream is amazing, the candy is great! The experience is really one of a kind and if you visit west palm beach you have to experience Sloans!

A West Palm Beach classic and one of the greatest, most fun candy/ice cream stores you’ll probably ever go to. Sloan’s has such a wide variety of sweets and treats: ice cream, candy, cookies, toys, games, etc. Great place for kids and and kids at heart… and well, anyone that really likes ice cream. Check out the bathrooms too, they can’t be missed(seriously, the bathrooms are famous).

I’m like a fat kid looking for cake when I walk into places like this. Cupcakes, candy, ice cream, cookies, and chocolate are some of the specialities of this cute shop. The chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream was the perfect afternoon treat and we got a pound of candy to bring home with us. The toys were tempting too, but we decided not to go overboard.

Pretty feminine set up, but the ice cream was pretty killer. Not an every day buy because it’s so expensive but a great place to get original West Palm ice cream! If you’re in the mood to splurge and want a great local ice cream shop in West Palm, then you’re taste buds will not be let down.
