Shopping here is always a great experience. Everyone is super friendly and the customer service is great. If you need narrow or wide sizes, this is definitely the place for you. They’re able to order styles and sizes not in stock as well!

I do not support businesses that DO NOT stand by their products! My mother has shopped at this store for over 20 years and taken many other people there as well.
You don’t mind paying top dollar for shoes and advice if the customer service is there but at this store forget it!
My mother purchased a pair of Merrill shoes for work. When they arrived they felt «different» and hurt her foot. These were the same shoes she has worn for almost 6 years. They said they would order her another pair and take those back. When the second new pair arrived they felt the same but my mother decided to take them home and give them a try around the house. These shoes STILL HURT her foot. They told her that this was the second time and they would not take or refund these shoes back to her… not even a store credit. We later found out that Merrill had changed the stay of these shoes and that was why they were not fitting the same way! It would seem to me that these «professionals» would have know that and worked with a loyal customer to sort out the problem.
Go elsewhere and save yourself a headache!
