These guys are the best-​kept secret in South Florida.
They saved me after the antique coral tiara my daughter planned to wear for her wedding arrived in the mail crushed and in pieces, one week before the event! I called Tiffany’s on Worth Avenue for help when it happened, and they said if anyone could swing a repair it would be JC Martin. I literally was hyper-​ventilating when I got to their store on Forest Hill Blvd. Initially they were not sure about the job, because there was so much delicate wiring involved, as well as finding coral beads to match the broken ones. (Not to mention less than a week to get it done, as well as dealing with the shipper’s insurance company, who sucked throughout). Luckily, JC Martin have one of the few laser welders in the state, along with the expertise to use it. They gave me an estimate and went to work. Andy took care of the insurance paperwork and photos, as well as searching out coral beads to match (flawlessly) the old ones, whilst his dad did the delicate repair work. All in five days (including over the weekend). What a team. I will forever be grateful to them.

I cannot say enough good things about this store. I am getting married in just over a week, have had the rings for a while now… they STILL amaze us both every time we look. Andy is the nicest and most professional guy there is! He helped me design my fiancé’s engagement ring and wedding band. The quality of the work is outstanding and craftsmanship is second to none. They will find you a great deal on QUALITY stones that you just will not find anywhere else. Very fair pricing and lots of love for return customers. I had to share this so any one wondering will know the deal and drive to JC to check it out. Do yourself that favor before you go somewhere else to get completely ripped.

This place was the absolute worst. This is definitely not the type of establishment where every customer is treated equally. During my time in the store I watched two customers come and go and treated like gold. Each were of a different race so I can’t pull the race card. I have to assume that I was left waiting for half an hour for someone to finish taking my order because it was a me $ 60 for engraving. Still, those are 60 hard earned dollars I sought out their store for their services. HALF AN HOUR waiting for the sales person to return before I walked out. He followed me out to apologize because he was p“ricing something” for HALF AN HOUR. And when I told him I couldn’t stay he shrugged and walked back into the store. Clearly my business wasn’t wanted. I prefer an establishment that understands the value of every single person who walks in even to spend a single dollar. I’ve never been treated so poorly, I couldn’t help but cry as I drove off. Do yourself a favor, spend your money with more deserving, decent people.

JC Martin Jewelers is an incredible company. Top Shelf customer service. They listened to what we wanted in a necklace for our daughter and what they created blew us away. Our daughter was speechless when she opened it and she hasn’t taken it off since she opened it on her bday. I highly recommend JC Martin for both their creativity and customer service!

It was a disappointing experience particularly from a customer service prospective. I brought my watch in for a new battery and was told because it was a quartz watch it was more likely a cleaning that was needed. Ok have not had the watch cleaned in 10 years. He said it would be a couple of days to get an estimate. It took 11 days and 2 calls from me to find my watch only needed a battery and was ready to be picked up. Only charged $ 10. But the inconvenience was horrible. Could have gone to the mall and had it done in 20 minutes.

Good service, not the best quality. I had the opportunity to rework a family heirloom for my husband. I partnered with Andy to create a design that we thought would be the most durable. I picked it up a month before our wedding, left it in the box untouched, and on our wedding day it already looked bad! The coating on the gold had worn off from no use! The close-​up photos of our rings even show the flaw. We took it back to have it replated which they did. 24 hours later it was worn off! We took it back again. At this point I’m embarrassed bc the ring I made my husband is not good. I’ve brought the ring back 2 more times since then and they’ve sent it to NY for some special ecoating… It’s taken a month each time that he hasn’t had his ring. We’ve only been married 5 months so that’s a long time! The only reason I’m not giving 1 star is because the service has been ok but at this point they aren’t as nice as they used to be. I’d return the ring if it didn’t consist of heirloom gold. Stuck between a rock and a hard place with disappointment and embarrassment.

Had one of the best shopping experiences here! Client service top notch. they will design anything and the piece will be stunning!!! A+
