this place is awesome– we order delivery all the time at work. Big portions, delicious sandwiches and homemade desserts, and friendly drivers. I wish they delivered to my house. Give this place a try, you won’t regret it!

The only consistency is the problems. Today was just the last straw. Got rancid egg salad. In the past I have gotten wrong order after wrong order, and treated badly by the delivery guy. Tired of trying. No longer worth the effort.

This place has the best tasting subs anywhere! I have been going there since 1988!!! Frank runs a simple shop with no gimmicks or games. I drive from Jupiter Farms to get subs from there!

This is one of those sub shops that remind you not to judge a book by its cover.
Sure, by outside appearances it’s not the most appeasing store front, but the sandwiches are worth the visit.
It’s a simple and locally run operation, offering an array of cold and hot sandwiches.
There’s a reason why you always find this place packed a lunch. The sub rolls are fantastic! Every cold sandwich I’ve had appears to be fresh and of course made to order. Always good when you can add a little customization. Despite the reviews below I’ve not tried any of the hot sandwiches.
Typical cold sandwich options include BLT, egg salad, ham and cheese, roast beef, and a hot chicken Parmesan sandwich.
There are several side items available including a variety of potato chips, pasta salad and A good selection of bottle and can beverages.
Tip: this is an order, get your food and go kind of restaurant. There is no real place to sit and eat.
Gourmet it is not but good it is.

Awesome awesome subs. They open I think only and deliver during business hours but they are really good subs. Their roast beef is fantastic. Their pastrami is awesome too. If I need something delivered to work I call this place. They’re fast and efficient and have been around forever.

This place is horrible. I paid for a chicken parmesan sandwich that was prepared in a microwave. It was disgusting and the worst sandwich I’ve had in my life! This place puts no effort into their food. Go somewhere else.

The best subs ever!!! Fresh bread… ample stuffings… friendly service. The other royal subs on okachobee doesn’t compare. I can inhale their steak and cheese sub. Not the ritziest neighborhood, but will travel for good food

I’ve been eating here for years. Since I was kid. That’s enough to say how good this place is. I get the ham and cheese sub and it’s amazing how simple subs are yet they are the only ones to get it right. Nothing fancy, which is perfect.
Basically their sub rolls are magic for start. I’ve also had the meatball sub too — same regard — perfect. Listen. Just eat there.
