China City Garden Take Out

Disgusting! Anyone who gives it more than one star has never had decent Chinese food. I’ve had bad, but this one us plainly disgusting!
Second bite had to throw out!

We ordered the combination appetizer which included egg rolls, butterfly shrimp, teriyaki steak, chicken legs and ribs. For the price I didn’t think these items tasted all that great so I will not order them again. The egg rolls were different, a strong hint of ginger in them but you could tell they were made better than other Chinese restaurants. We also ordered house fried rice, and shrimp lo mein. The house fried rice was good except I didn’t like that some pieces of pork seemed like diced up spam. The shrimp lo mein was very good with lots of shrimp. They also made everything with no vegetables, except snow peas, with no fuss which I thought was good. But again for the price I will go elsewhere next time, the only thing that was really good was the lo mein: (

Very good Chinese food at affordable prices. They always remember what you ordered and the owner even speaks Spanish. All their ingredients are fresh, and never seen shrimps THAT big coming out of Chinese take-​out boxes.
Its been the same owners for over 15 years, they have a steady stream of regulars. While waiting for my food, most customers who came in were looking for «Jorge» the owner.
They also make their own egg-​rolls, and its not the frozen kind re-​heated that you find at most take-​outs now-​a-​days
