I rented a car for the weekend they were very nice and professional. The manager there now is Ben.
Nicole’s review was in 2014 so things do change.
The place is very small but I like it because you’ve got one on one customer service. Very friendly.
They picked me up and they drove me back home, no avis is going to do that, just sayin’… the car had a few dings and dents and paint marks on it but they made sure they notated every little scratch.
I actually rented a car again for another weekend.
It’s only $ 9.99 a day Friday through Monday during certain promotional periods… $ 10 a day for the weekend and they pick you up why would you go anywhere else unless you just like spending more money.
Dealing with people and being in customer service is never easy but these guys know how to be friendly and professional, they go out of their way to get you on your way.

Just the opposite of the review I’ve read Customer service was great I was in and out in reasonable time and when I returned the car staff was very nice. I’ll be renting from them again.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in car rentals. The manager Jarod doesn’t have a clue what he is doing. An absolute idiot. Couldn’t have been any more uncooperative. Place is so small you would drive by in a blink of an eye. Which to be honest you would be better off doing. There is an Avis car rental around the corner. Go there. So much better.
