Always get friendly and fast service. Downloaded the app and used it on this visit. Very easy and convenient to use.

I now walk out of this store more than I stick around to order, especially in the mornings. Make no mistake, the food is Outstanding, but there’s more to running a restaurant than just good food.
This is a consistently busy business, and how management cannot seem to take that into consideration when planning for staffing is beyond me. When you have lines of at least 4 – 5 people during breakfast… but only 1 person taking orders, you’re in trouble. (And yes, I have stayed long enough to see that it wasn’t just a situation where a 2^nd person was away from their register for a short time.)
I realize that the food takes just a bit longer to get ready here, which is what makes it so good. But sadly, what good does it do if people are going elsewhere?

BOO for locking the doors in my face AS I walked up at 9:59 for your 10:00pm closing and the drive-​through line had no less than ELEVEN cars and 20-​or-​so patrons still in the dining room.
I was solo, dressed nicely having just come from the theater, and caused no raucous when your employee stared me down wordlessly. This behavior is tacky.
Considering it’s taken me over four years to be hungry enough to forgive this company their discriminatory politics, such poor customer service put the NAIL IN THE coffin for dear Chik-​Foul-​A.

Chick-​fil-​a overall has gone down in quality in the last few months. The chicken in the sandwiches is soggy and falls apart, it’s also tasteless. Will not return to this or any other location. They used to have the best chicken sandwiches, now they’re comparable to the crap Wendy’s and McDonalds serve. Service is really great though as always.

They had staff carside, handling all our drive-​thru orders. Very nice and great customer service!

Great service, food & friendly staff always! Never had a bad experience dining in or in the drive thru. They always go above and beyond to accommodate customers.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I try to give them the benefit of the doubt EVERY TIME and I over estimate them EVERY TIME! I have been there 6 different times and on 6 different occasions, they have gotten my order COMPLETELY wrong. When speaking with 3 different manages, they all seemed as if I was wasting their time. Terrible management, flies all in the building and incompetent workers throughout. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

I’ve been in the area for 2 weeks for work, tried numerous sit down restaurants with horrendous outcomes. Here this service is outstanding, food is quick and everything tasted great. If I ever visit palm beach again I’ll be here!!!

Always my fast food restaurant of choice! From the consistently good food to the excellent customer service the «other» fast food chains should take note of how it is done! I have never encountered an employee here that acted like they didn’t like their job, instead they are always friendly, smiling, and happy! Great job Chick-​fil-​a

Politics aside, this company knows fast food. Their customer service is top notch and greatly exceeds that of other fast food restaurants.
Their simple menu of chicken sandwiches, nuggets and salads helps streamline quick service.
Food is good though not always seasoned. Their waffle fries are great, but get them while they’re hot, because taste declines as they get cold.

My wife and I get chick fil-​a anytime we can get our hands on it! This location is the best we’ve ever had!!! The restaurant is beyond clean, the service is great and the spicy chicken sandwich’s make you want to eat until your belly explodes!

Horrible seevice st 7:35 on a Tuesday evening. The place was not close to being busy and yet they had people pulled over in the drive thru lane waiting for food. I ordered coffee and waited 15 minutes

While I love the food and sauces at Chick fil a, what really sets them apart is the service. When eating in the employees have always came by to check on us, asking if we’d like refills or needed any more sauce. Sandwiches, nuggets, tenders, salads, sides, and breakfast are all great. Love knowing that I’m eating real chicken.
A bonus, they now sell the chick fil a sauce in an 8 ounce container. Yum!

This is one of the best run Chick Fil A’s I’ve been to. They get totally slammed during the weekdays for lunch and you still get your food pretty fast. If they ever screw up or get the food out to you late they apologize and give you a free voucher for sandwich. The employees come around and take your trash and refill you drinks.
I recommend parking on the little road to the west of the parking lot as the main parking lot can get really crowded and the little road is usually empty. I haven’t tried the playplace so I dunno if it is clean.
Never had a bad meal here.

The ABSOLUTELY WORST customer service by the blue shirted Manager with glasses. Originally I came here at lunch time on February 14^th 2014. I went through the drive thru ordered entire army of food for the office and the order was completely wrong when they gave it to me and when I returned to the office, We realized.
I called the restaurant and explained the issue and they were very nice and they knew exactly which order I was speaking of and apologized and told me to come back at my convenience and give my name. I asked them if they wanted the food back because I wasn’t sure if they’ve put the receipt in the bag and they explained to me that, no they didn’t need it because they knew exactly which order it was.
I went back on Wednesday and follow the directions to order the food and give my name. When I got up to the window the girl asked me for the cash and I explained to her that I already spoke with the manager blah blah blah. The manager was dark haired with a blue shirt and tie on and he had glasses on. He was standing behind her and interrupted her and was extremely rude telling me he does not know who I am are about my order and where is my receipt? I explained to him that they told me that they knew about the order and just to come in and get it replaced at my convenience and I gave him my name again. He said where is the receipt again! I tried to explain to him again, that they told me I didn’t need the receipt but you very curtly interrupted me and said bring a receipt next time I don’t have time for this and basically threw the food at me and waved me on by. I was very taken back by there because usually they are so very very nice. I expected an apology, a courteous smile and my correct order. Now I know that everyone has a bad day once in awhile but this is ridiculous! I will never ever return to this restaurant again. I don’t care how good their food is, I will not stand for this rudeness and to be treated in this manner. My money sense just as well I’ll swear and the only reason I was here was because I live in the area and I was dying for chicken and I know it’s very good there but I guess I can get a chicken sandwich just about anywhere. Any suggestions?

Amazing customer service for a fast food resultant. I have been coming here almost ever Saturday for the past few years (I might be a bit of a creature of habit) and I have never had a bad experience. Always friendly and with a smile. The food is always delicious, piping hot, and exactly what I ordered!!!

The customer service is superb. happy competent employees. The place is clean.
Compare this to a dumpy surly mcdonald’s and see how good it can be.
