Ugh! My son went for take-​out so I ordered the #43 Chipotle Steak sandwich (I love the smoky heat of chipotles). It was awful. Not sure if they have a dictionary but they should look up the word «chipotle» and then the word «sugar». One is NOT the other. It was soooo sweet — no kick whatsoever — I couldn’t eat it. My daughter, who thought chipoltle mayo sounded good traded with me; she took one bite and wanted hers back. The «chipotle sugar sauce» went in the garbage.
I scrambled some eggs.

Just had a jersey mikes. Have been eating them for years down the shore and finally had the opportunity to have one up north. Same greatness (with out the freshly salty air and waves crashing) as the shore. Glad to be able to enjoy my favorites up north great place with great food. Better than subway all day long

Well after I went to the hospital to have a same day surgery, I stopped by at Jersey Mike Subs to have some late lunch with my mom. And let me tell you those subs taste so good! I mean I like Subway, Blimpie, and Jimmy Johns better but the Jersey Mike Subs tastes so good they have the best ingredients.

This place is the real deal. Great Sandwiches. The staff was cool and were on it. It was busy in there and a lot of traffic from customers. I had the original Italian sub. I will definitely go back.

NOT a fan. I eat deli sandwiches three times a week. Their sandwiches are not bad they are just OK. Jimmy John’s is way better.

This not your typical chain sub place – it has quality comparable to your local deli. The meats are shaved fresh right in front of you and the hot sandwiches are made right on their griddle. The downside is that they are a tad pricier than your local deli, with a «mini» sized sandwich costing you about $ 5 – 6. Along with the great subs, I think my favorite thing about this place is the workers. They’re always friendly with a smile on their faces, and make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. They are honestly one of the reasons I keep coming back. Keep doing what you’re doing, Jersey Mike’s!

Went all In recently on a giant philly cheese steak and got hooked up by my girl Lisa at the grill! She went all out with the works and even threw my peppers on the grill itself for that added effect. Toppings were generous and my sandwich was delicious and humongous just the way I like it. Cant stop. Wont stop me from hitting up jersey Mike’s in west Orange! !!

I have to admit, I didn’t think a chain sub place would be able to compete. When I got there, I was underwhelmed with the service, as there were 6 employees behind the counter with seven customers, and the line didn’t move. Luckily, the food ended up making me forget about the wait. It was really good… the ratio of meet to bread, the onions, cheese and mushrooms, all good. I’ll go back… it’s always about the food.

What a complete disaster. I was visiting home recently from Manhattan and I couldn’t wait to have a taste of a Jersey Mikes sub. The service was terrible and they messed up the sandwich completely. I know they are new but they should really train their staff better and be a little cleaner than what I witnessed. I’m never going there again.

very organized system of taking orders and making the sandwiches, making my wait time very little. I ordered the cheesesteak this time and it was amazing! Mine had peppers, onions, mushrooms, and cheese and i really was to die for.

The sandwiches here are really good! The bread and meat are great quality, and there’s a variety of toppings. There are some busy times, in which they are making a lot of sandwiches at once (my vegetarian sister once mistakenly got another customer’s ham sandwich and had nothing to eat at work because of that) so there could be a wait, but the employees and manager are really friendly. Go grab a sandwich, and definitely get it Mike’s Way!

This place is great! The staff is really friendly and helpful. It’s brand new, clean, and has plenty of room to sit and eat. The staff keeps the line moving fast so you never have to wait long and the sandwiches are great. There are plenty of options and the ingredients taste fresh. Try the spicy sauce for a kick!

I’m glad they built a Jersey Mike’s to the West Orange area. Although it’s a chain, the quality and service is still there. It is a bit on the pricey side for a sub (About $ 8.50 for a Regular which is about 8″), but they are not stingy with the meat and cheese. Far different from Subway. Get it «Mike’s Way» for the works. Great stop for lunch.

Great new food option. Didn’t have high expectations being that it’s a sub chain, but this place is on a different tier than places like subway & quiznos (does quiznos still exist?).
My tip: Download their app to your smartphone so you can order ahead and skip the line. You can chose your sub, pay, and schedule a pick up time all on your phone, it works great.
The staff and food are good. Only gripe would be that the available parking in front is limited but that’s it.

I hope this place stays! Clean, friendly, they cut the meat right in front of you and bake the bread fresh! I got the chipolte cheese steak and was super impressed. My husband got a regular sub and it tasted so fresh!

Fun atmosphere. Great sub! Fresh ingredients. I really have to give this location 5 stars for cleanliness and for their staff (very friendly and accommodating).
I hope they take away all of the business from chipotle next door (that business was gross since they opened).

Had The Original Italian. It was hard to choose between the «regular» and the «giant» as the regular looked a bit small but the giant looked like I would be way too full. I guess it’s good if you share it with someone. The sub was good & surprisingly I wasn’t feeling hungry after the regular. Although I did not try the chicken parm so can’t rate it, I heard the sauce was a bit on the tangy side and didn’t have the baked feeling of a traditional chicken parm so was only «so-​so». The staff was all super friendly and more than happy to answer any questions you had.
