TGI Friday’s

After waiting for an hour to be seated for just two… our experience became worse and worse… we ordered the artichoke dip and it was hard as rock .when they re-​brought it out the second time it was so dry … I ordered the cajun shrimp pasta and their was a freaking hair in it and my boyfriends salad came with cold chicken and no dressing… also my boyfriends soda was VERY watery and they brought him a new soda that was still flat… if you love food don’t come here ITS DISGUSTING… if you want to ruin your tastebuds then I encourage coming

It’s a shame because the service is always good! So nothing against the waiters or bartenders but the food is terrible! And consistently at that! This is my 3^rd time attempting to give them the benefit of the doubt. Ordered wings and dip this time and the wings looked old and dry! Had to ask for more sauce worst part is the manager was the one who delivered it! Also got the spinach dip which was cold of course they need a total revamp of that kitchen! If your going to get a drink ok but SKIP the food!!!

The bar and drinks were nice but the kitchen manager came out to the bar and I witnessed him wipe his hand all up and in his nose and then rub it off on his shirt… DISGUSTING! Thank God I didn’t order any food… We were just here for drinks… AVOID THE FOOD AT ALL COSTS

So as i was eating my meal i noticed roaches crawling next to me. My party and I stood up immediately and brought the situation to the managers attention. The manager was the most unprofessional individual we had to deal with. He claimed he could only take 10% off the bill because we already ate most of the food. What kind of logic is that? He told me sister not to speak to him while i was speaking to him (basically told her to shut up) and then AGAIN told me i better pay for the food because i ate most of it. So I told him id only pay for the drinks then i left. If you look at the video and pictures i uploaded you can see all the dirty floors, wallls and roaches they feed the customers.

Went there on a Friday night and wow was the experience pretty terrible. Our waiter was very nice, but every time he came back to our table the first words out of his mouth was «I’m so sorry for the wait». It was busy, to be expected, but either understaffed or unorganized. Our appetizer arrived before my mixed drink, and there was no silverware, napkins or plates. So when we finally were able to flag someone down and received our cutlery, it was crusty with food still on it. So, after a few min we were able to get our waiters attention and again he apologized and promised to get the next set from a different person who was rolling them. The food was ok, nothing special but nothing bad. Our waters were never refilled. I don’t think I’ll be going back.

Back again 2 years later. The restaurant is much cleaner and the menus were not grimy.
On this visit, I did not enjoy my meal. The ribeye lacked any taste and was dry, even though it came out medium. The fries were cold and the jasmine rice pilaf was bland too.
Service was decent but not speculator.

Amazing service. Had Anna L as a server she was beyond helpful. She always had a smile on her face and waited on us hand and foot. Great food too!

The food sucks a lot — the service also sucks a lot there very very slow — I wish I could give it a minus 0 star — disgusting experience — they screwed up chips — don’t go !!

So there was this huge boxing match at bww and we waited almost two hours for seats!!! So we decided to go to tgif instead but we were told that the wait was 30 – 45! But then one of the waiters named Lewis felt really bad and told us «i wont leave until you guys get a table» and it was already 20 minutes after his shift ended! He was so so so nice :)

If there was a negative 1 star I’d choose it. Service was BEYOND terrible. Couldn’t even get utensils. Food came out all different times. We had to wait forever for one of our meals meanwhile the server didn’t really seem to care. Aweful place… would rather starve, (we almost did), than eat at that dump again.

ZERO STARS!
We were a party of six looking for a late night bite to eat. We decided on Friday’s because we wanted to sit down and be served versus any of the fast food places. We should have run when we realized we could sit down immediately when the other «Fridays like» restaurants there had an hour wait. Anyway, we were happy at the time that they had a table for us. Walking to the table my feet were sliding on the floor which grossed me out immediately. We sat down and underneath our table was dirty with straws, straw wrappers, napkins, food, etc. A very nice lady came over apologizing for the mess and swept under our table. Our server was nice enough and came over right away to take our drink order. The drinks came and the beers ordered were wrong and I never received my Diet Coke. We told him the beer order was incorrect and finally the Diet Coke showed up… after a long wait. Apps came and we had to ask 3 different people for silverware and napkins — we didn’t even care if we got plates! The plates showed up but nothing else. After a good 10 minutes the silverware to show up… way after the food was cold. While we were waiting for the silverware I suggested that we could leave because we were already aggravated! We should have done that in hindsight. Anyway, fast forward to dinner being served — again… one meal a flatbread pizza didn’t show up. That was probably the easiest meal and nothing came. We had to ask several people about the pizza and after they disappeared into the kitchen they never came back out. When the others in our party were finished with their food our server informed us that he had to put the pizza order in again because another server took it for their table. I told him it was so late and everyone was finished with their meal that I didn’t even want it anymore. It came out right after I said I didn’t want it. I hungry so I kept it.
This entire experience was terrible from the second we walked in to the second we walked out. We talked about mentioning it to someone and possibly asking one of the two hostesses to get a manager but they were so engrossed in conversation to get their attention. Forget thanking us for coming or saying thank you! We were out of patience and didn’t even care anymore. We knew we wouldn’t be back even if we spoke to a manager. Also, I’m embarrassed to say — this is the first time we didn’t leave a tip! Sad to say we couldn’t reward any of them. Terrible service and none of them seemed to care.
My only regret with Unilocal is that I had to give a star… I wish I could rate with zero stars because that’s what they deserve.

I would have given this zero stars. We went with our 6 month old twins and felt discriminated against. The restaurant was more than ½ empty and we wanted to sit outside so as to be able to soothe our babies if they cried. We asked for the table waited at least 5 to 10 minutes for no apparent reason and then asked twice before they even wanted to consider us. It felt like they wished we would go ahead. I like TGI Fridays but this experience was terrible.

A party of four decided to go to Friday’s, just to switch things up for a bit… this is their story. (Law & Order S.V.U.)
— No silverware anywhere around, had to wait and ask.
— No plates to share appetizers or napkins to wipe our mouths with, had to wait and ask, never recieved.
–Asked by our server, twice, if we were SURE how we wanted the cook on our steak after verifying that YES we want it med rare. Does he have a preference how people eat there steak? Does he know something we dont? This was a new one on me, and definitely odd.
— Server was nice enough to bring our friends waters as they waited for there mix-​drinks, then immediately forgot to place the mix-​drinks order with the bar staff and we again, had to wait and remind him.
— Specifically expressed no lime/​lemon in my drink. Came with a lemon. I just drank it.
— Steak expressly requested a med rare (twice) came beat blue. Raw. We just ate it.
— Men’s restroom was clean enough, but the locking mechanism on the stall door will not lock… there’s one stall in there, that’s it. Come on man! So I’m using the facilities with an ear on the door making sure that when I hear someone in the bathroom I’m coughing letting them know somehow someone is in there. That’s just rediculious.
— On our way out, walked by two «hostesses» who were too busy talking with one another to even thank us for spending our time and money there by simply saying goodnight to us. I would always have said something but I just had to see if they would or not; didn’t even look in our direction.
The only positive we could draw out of this is reading the one star Unilocal reviews pleading to be allowed the zero star rating so they could aptly convey there distaste of this establishment. We laughed all the way back to Westchester.
Verdict:
One star. If not for the willful ignorance, then the blind incompetence. This experience was made possible by a concert of people who either have lost there passion for the service industry or never had it to begin with. Never again.

I am sorry, but nothing was great about this visit. From the moment we got there. As we told the person at the front that we were a party of 6 and 1 baby, we stated that we wanted to sit inside. The response from the person in the front and the manager was «oh that’s going to be tough «. HUH? Seating a table of 7 is tough? Ok what ever we are seated and then greated by Lawrence. As we are getting seated he quickly mentions that he will not be our server for the rest of the night but will begin with our orders. Shortly, after ordering a few sodas we asked about a drink and asked if we could have it with a double shot. Sure Lawrence said. Well when we received the drink sure enough it was not a double shot and when we asked Lawrence about it he said he did not want to add it, as it was an additional 6 dollars. IM SORRY did I ask how much the price for a double shot was? NO, I wanted a double shot. OK we let that slide. Here comes the best part after receiving our one shot drink we told him that it was my aunt’s birthday he said ok. Well fast forward to getting the check we waited ten minutes and no one came out to sing happy birthday. I quickly approached the manager and he’s response was oh we don’t sing happy birthday any more. OK that’s fine but your worker should have informed us of that and we could have took our money some where else…
My family came from Virginia for the weekend and this location completely ruined my families experience and ruined a birthday. I never write reviews but this had to be the worse experience and service I have ever received.

All the places to eat in the palisades mall and I choose this dark and dreary place with dirty bathrooms and a very strange waiter. Definitely won’t be back.

Came here with a friend for a couple drinks ordered some chicken tenders which where ok.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Made us wait 20 minutes when half the restaraunt was clearly empty. We sat on one side of the restaraunt alone next to tables that were covered in dirty plates & napkins that were never cleared. I was eating & found a piece of broken ceramic in my mashed potatoes. When I complained, the manager had already been drinking, had his shirt untucked, & passed by & didn’t even bother to clear the dirty tables. Awful. Never again.

Super slow indeed. It annoys me that Friday’s charges the same when you ask to have key ingredients removed from a dish, say chicken from a chicken ceaser salad, and they charge the same. The worst is when they still bring the salad with the chicken, and then take forever to bring back the righ meal, after everyone else has eaten.
Save your money… much better choices in the area… even in the mall food court.

We came in around 8:30 and were seated after a couple of minutes and our server was very accommodating and friendly. She brought out our appetizers as soon as we finished ordering our beverages and we continued to wait for our meals. The mozzarella sticks were my favorite because of how light and crunchy they were. My blue raspberry slushie reminded me of an icee that was mostly water with a bit of slush at the top, but the taste was true to name.

While waiting for our meal, my friends and I were watching a college football game that was projected on television screens on either side of the room. That was beneficial because I find it hard to crane my neck over to whatever side the television is pointed to if I am sitting in the opposite side. The ambiance was relaxing and it was not busy. There were a few groups of people scattered around the area and they also were speaking in low conversation.
After a little while, our order came and I requested a black bean burger, however they ran out of the black bean patties so I just ordered a hamburger with lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles and it was quite good and ordinary because it held together nicely due to the toasted bread along with how neatly stacked it was. The french fries were a bit salty but the seasoning gave it an added flavor that I was not expecting. All in all, I thought the food was okay and I was left stuffed

Not really worth posting about, we tried to have a good time but the bartender just wasn’t paying attention… Sorry Friday’s, I tried to like you and I know you’ve got potential, but this girl couldn’t handle any volume.
