I went to return a pair of shoes that were never worn. The rep and her manager refused to take the pair of shoes back because they decided it was worn. Bad attitude over all. Will NOT shop there again.

Three people told me wait and they could fix the shirt I was trying to return so I wouldn’t have to return it. Two hours later they realized I was waiting for a seamstress who wasn’t in. They wouldn’t let me talk to a manager. You are better off at a sweatshop than in here.
Now I’m stuck with a gift card for a store I’ll never shop in again.
Save your time — go next door to Macy’s and you’ll be happier.

This review is particularly for the handbag department. Had an excellent experience there while I was searching for a certain Michael Kors handbag. The SA was super sweet and friendly, as well as extremely helpful. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for and then gave me a bunch of coupon codes that ended up discounting my bag by almost like 50 bucks. I wish all SA’s were this awesome.

This review is for the shoe department.
Went to this L&T with my bf’s mom when we were visiting his parents. The shoe department is the worst. Had to wait over 30 mins for the match to the shoe. Good thing they were on sale because I would not normally wait that long. They were not busy or anything, actually they seemed kind of slow for a saturday. The lady told us four or five times she was going to find the mate then we would look over and she would be doing something else, ringing up someone, straightening up the floor, etc. When we realized in fact she was not trying to find the shoe (after waiting about 15 mins) we asked her what was going on and she quickly responded that she would do it now… um, what took you so long, you think we want to just hang out at L&T all day, no. she comes back 10 mins later without a shoe, completely avoids us and again, starts doing other things. Did not even bother to come let us know she couldn’t find it. After giving her five more mins, we got up and approached her again. At that point she said she couldn’t find it. WHY WOULD YOU NOT COME TELL US??? We were still clearly there waiting. Finally we asked for someone else to help. He found the shoe in about 2 mins, though he was also kind of rude about it. Will not be going back there.

Just visited man’s department. Terrible service, bad attitude by the people that work here. This place doesn’t even deserve ½ star, I’m giving it a star because of the location. Really, really disappointed by the Lord and Tailor staff.
