You will probably think what I thought when I first walked in — sandwich AND a waffle combination? What???
But then you try said sandwich, or waffle, and then that’s when the idea suddenly sinks in and and wow, it is good.
This place is a very cheap mom and pop type shop (actually met the owner, very friendly guy!) The sandwiches and paninis are really delicious, give them a shot!
Some advice for those in the mood for the waffles, certain toppings don’t last very long and the heat of the waffle kind of steams it up and makes it soggy if you wait too long after you take it out to go, so make sure if you order a waffle to eat it asap.
I’ve liked every sandwich I’ve tried, so I have no specific sandwiches to recommend, try any of them!
I wish the best for this place and that it stays delicious!

A unique spot that is half pharmacy, half sub shop. Best prat is that they serve WAFFLES!!!

The WAFFLES taste legit Belgium. You MUST try these things! And it’s huge!
The FAT SOPRANO (my choice) is also amazing! I’m one of those weird too thin or too thick lunch deli meat sort of people. The meat was cut perfect and tastes yummy.
Regular VS Stacked… I’m not sure what the exact difference is. We got stacked and then there’s an option to add extra meat. I was very hungry when I ordered so I almost added extra meat — don’t get me wrong — I could probably put it down if I had to. But stacked was perfect — even for a big eater like myself.
The bread is fresh and these sandwiches have that real deli taste. It had s little bit of s crunch to it too. We will be back for sure.

Oh man, I can’t stop going here. I go every Wednesday now to get a sandwich and waffle deal (SO GOOD). I’m obsessed with their nutella waffle and my husband gets the Oreo waffle, that and some bacon egg and cheese on a roll and we’re satisfied for hours!
You NEED to pass by, they always have different things available off menu (check their fb or instagram) like nutella rolls, churro waffles and pepperoni pizza waffles!!! WAFFLES!!!
They even deliver for free in the area and offer school student and lunch specials!!!
On average I spend like $ 5 on a small fresh sandwich, chips and a can of soda, which honestly reminds me of the good old days. :)
No indoor seating because most people order to go! If you’re in a hurry call ahead! They usually have my order done in 10 – 15 minutes and we just drive by to pick up. :)

I will agree this place does make good sandwiches and good waffles however I do have a problem with the service. The first time I got a salad from this place they gave me some type of cesar dressing which I enjoyed. However, the next time I go they say that they do not have it, but instead only have this oil based vinaigrette (which is not good). However, when my friend went in after me and asked they gave her one? Did I not ask for it the right way? Was I not worthy of it? This happened again on another occasion. The inconsistency of the store is upsetting however I did give it another try. The store established «Waffle Wednesday», which you receive a sub and a complimentary waffle for $ 5. Defiantly a great deal. First Wednesday went great! The next Wednesday not so great. This time they only made a select number of waffles. If you did not make the cut, you had to come back around 2pm to get your waffle. Why promote something you will not live up to? Also why tell me after I receive my sub. If I knew ahead of time I would have gone somewhere else. When I go to get my lunch, I want my lunch at the moment. I have other priorities to attend to that I can not afford my time to go back. I work in the food business and when one of our popular menu items run out we make more! It is unprofessional for a business to do such a thing. The business is once again inconsistent and I rather go somewhere else then get screwed over again.

No meat… no problem. The best veggie sub you’ll ever have. Gotta try it for yourself 3 cheese goodness

A fantastic deal. The sandwiches are just the right size, and just the right price. Tasty ingredients, especially the bread (the bread always makes or breaks a good sandwich). Order delivery if you’re local and enjoy quick service. I recommend The Fat Guido.
I keep ordering lunch from here because they are quick, friendly, and make some tasty simple sandwiches. This isn’t a place to get your fancy «artisnal», Panera Bread type sandwiches. This is a fantastic local neighborhood sandwich joint. The hot dogs are a great deal as well, get it with a bacon strip.
Just cant say enough great things about this place. You can really tell there is pride in ownership at this place. There are some creative, fun recipes being offered, and I can’t wait to see what they offer next. Maybe some more salads?

I like that they are open very early, compared to other similar establishments in the area. I ordered some food for breakfast and delivery took about 45 min.
The food is pretty good, especially given the low prices. But I had to add a few condiments to each item in order to make it more delicious…
I ordered a «Poor Boy Panini» (toasted ham & cheese sandwich — $ 2.75!) It was delicious. I added some Chipotle mayo to it.
I also got a Nutella waffle ($ 3.90), which could’ve definitely used more of the cocoa-​hazelnut spread goodness. Luckily, I had some Nutella at home. So I «fixed» it. :-)
The last thing I ordered was a chicken quesadilla ($ 5.50.) Unfortunately they had ran out of chicken. So they called me to ask if it was ok to make it with double the cheese instead. It was crispy on the outside, melted on the inside, just at it should be. (Some sour cream would’ve been nice to have though.)
I’ll definitely give them another try in the near future. I suggest they add sauce options to their list and everything will be perfect.

This place brings the organization of a franchise together with the touch of a mom and pop style place in a cozy store. But SERIOUSLY $ 5 real sandwiches and panini that actually fill you up, do you know how much money I could save if I was able to have breakfast and lunch here on a regular basis?! I hope they do a lot of volume so they can stay in business so I can continue to get my cheap eats.
I had the Sicilian panini and was expecting a tiny sandwich because of the price point but actually got a 8 inch pressed sandwich with fresh cold cuts. The made to order waffle with Nutella, strawberries, bananas and Ice cream was awesome. The coffee was PHENOMENAL. I will stop by on my way to the gwb just for the coffee. Now that I think of it its probably best I am not here all the time… You know how much food I consumed for around $ 10?

I generally do not write reviews, but for this place I felt compelled too. SUBHUB was fantastic, I had the «senior» it’s a cold cut sandwich. It was amazing, it seemed incredibly fresh, the meats were quality, the toppings were fresh, and the bread my word, the bread was great, as if he had a bakery in the back. Then I tried the hot dog, they use real Sabrett hot dogs, and real cheddar cheese not nacho cheese for the chili cheese dog, it was so delicious. At that point I couldn’t stop myself. I went for the Nutella waffle with ice cream and strawberries. It was heavenly, so tasty, and simply all in all a great meal. The best part of it all was the fact when everything was said and done the price was so reasonable, it made me feel like I was the winner, I won the battle between owner and customer. And by the way the staff, especially the owner was so funny and friendly, he will definitely be seeing me here more often

We just finished a couple of sandwiches from here, and they were amazing! The ingredients were fresh (i love the way they shred their lettuce. is that weird?) and the bread was awesome. Will definitely be going here from now on rather than Subway, especially since the service was incredibly friendly and helpful!

Decided to stop by for the grand opening since I live close by and did not regret it! Sandwiches are stacked a mile high with meat (I recommend the gobbler) was only able to finish half. Then I got a Nutella waffle that was made to order so definitely worth the 5 minute wait for that delicious treat. Awesome service and even better prices for what you’re getting.

The cortadito and coffee are excellent! Friendly service! They had a little bit of a wait but well worth it! They make the best waffles too!

Good food, great sandwich combos, and they have Cuban sandwiches!!! Service was top notch, everyone is very friendly
