The Haven West Melbourne

We have lived here about 4 months so far and its been pretty great. It is quiet and clean. The maintenance is typical for an apartment complex but they do always respond within a day (except weekends unless it’s an emergency). We looked at pretty much every complex in this price range, from Palm Bay all the way to Rockledge, and it was by far the nicest and best value. It comes with the washer and dryer in unit (not just the hook ups) which is great. We waited to get a 3^rd floor unit and love the vaulted ceiling. About the only thing I would change is that the back gate should be a entrance too, not just an exit. This complex is off Palm Bay road which is a horrible, busy, and unsafe major road. Having the back gate is a huge amenity they could offer but isn’t fully utilized as of now. Giving residents a way to avoid P.B. road would be a massive benefit. But the office says they are working on that, so I sure hope so. I think that would make this a 5 star review.

I came to visit my friend who studies in FIT. Driving time from this apartment to FIT is less than 10 minutes, and a Walmart is close to this complex. This apartment is new, clean and quite. It locate far from the main street, so I hardly listen noise from traffic.
