Landmark at Grand Meadow Apartment Homes

Greetings Fellow Earthlings:
I come bearing wisdom and save some trouble for you all. Landmark at Grand Meadows is by far the most pathetic place to live. Its been really a nightmare to stay at Landmark at «Grand Meadows». The one and only advantage of staying here is its proximity to the campus.
The 24 hrs maintenance is a joke. There should be someone on the other end of the line to pickup the call. The management is horrendous. The manager is straight up rude to the residents. The management doesn’t take any blame and usually turn a blind eye towards the problems faced by the residents.
Looking at the situation, there are way more bedbugs, cockroaches in the community than the humans. The management makes no attempt to clean up the mess, in turn they put the blame on the residents and ask them to cough up huge maintenance/​cleanup bills. Its way too un hygienic here. It happened to couple of my friends who are residing here. When they took up the new apartment, there were lot of bed bugs and in order to sweep it under the rug, they painted over them. For quite some time there were bed bugs with white paint on them hanging around.
While I was staying here, the AC in my apartment stopped working. It took them 6 months almost to sort the problem out. !! 6 MONTHS.
There is lot to tell. But I guess I made my point here. STAY AWAY from this place.

Worst Housing Community ever! Poor Maintenance and arrogant staff. Will never recommend anyone to stay here. Would prefer walking 10mins from the Florida Institute of Technology to much better housing com

Living here since 14 months… Closest to Florida Institute of Technology.
–Large apartments
–Nicely designed
–New appliances
–Cheapest rates in the area
–Supportive staff
–Small and basic gym (which I like very much)
–creative small club house (where I do photography usually)
