Elements Massage

Looking for a last minute massage is scary and difficult, on Sunday almost impossible. I read over 30 reviews for places all over the city and was excited Massage Elements called me back after a cancellation. Walking in-​peaceful-​quiet. Greeted by Jude, she was very friendly and asked about me needs. I like my massage deep and she had the perfect balance of deep and relaxing. Rooms are completely sealed and private, which is very calming. I can let my guard down and relax. Jude said she can also work on focus areas, up to 90 min or more on your most painful and tough places. There are some masseuses who are truly gifted in what they do, Jude is fits that bill. The ambiance was professional without being clinical. Surreal spa experience. I loved it so much I bought a gift certificates for my dad.

Just left after having the best massage experience of my life! Alex worked miracles for this old tired body. Everything was spot on. I would recommend HIGHLY to anyone.

I am a big fan of this Elements location, and have been getting my massages here on a monthly basis for going on two years now. Regular massage is not only relaxing, but healthy, and Elements makes it easy and reasonable with their Wellness program, through which you come in monthly and get a discount on your massage. I find this Elements friendly and inviting, and have had only one experience that was less than excellent. So come on in, try different therapists, and find a couple that work for you. It’s worth it!

My massage here was just ok. My and my fiancé booked a couples massage. I don’t know that I’d really qualify it as a couples massage as you are in separate rooms and the cost is the same as two individuals. Not a huge deal as we were mostly looking for us to each get a massage but something to consider if you’re trying to have a more romantic experience.
My masseuse talked the entire 80 minutes and not about the massage, but about random stuff. I felt like she was just watching the clock the whole time and going through the motions but not necessarily customizing my massage to the different pain areas I have. Overall the massage itselff was ok but nothing I’d go back for.

Just had a great prenatal/​sports massage with Jason. Nice place, great staff, awesome massage. Will definitely be back!

4.5 Stars — Agree w/​Valerie! Second visit with Rita, who is wonderful. Love the Tranquility Room for before/​after. They also have a ‘no-​contract’ monthly program promotion that can save you significant $$ (another stress reliever!).

My husband and I both had massages (a xmas gift to ourselves)… Loved it. So relaxing from the second you walk in, teh simple, quiet waiting room. The therapist was on time, bed was heated (made me so happy) and the overall experience was great. Loved that they did not pressure us to buy memberships– (even though on the way out we ended up getting one). Look forward to next months massage!

LOVED my experience at Elements Massage. The staff was very welcoming and you get an instant sense of relaxation once you enter. The staff was also very knowledgeable and was able to answer any of my questions.
Kristen was my massuse and she is amazing. She listened to what I was looking for in my massage, any areas that may need more focus, and any areas to avoid. I don’t get the chance to get a massage but maybe once or twice a year and this was a real treat!
The establishment itself is warm and inviting. Each room is nicely set up and dimly lit. It takes a bit for your eyes to adjust once you enter your massage room but overall it was great. The background music playing was nice and very much felt at ease. In comparison to some other places I can certainly say that this was hands down one of the best massages I have had.
Between the quality of masseuses and the overall prices at Elements I would highly recommend coming in. They have monthly memberships as well that do not expire and you can even have a secondary person on your account. It is located in a great area in West Linn right off the freeway and I overheard they are opening one soon in the Pearl District! I will certainly be coming back to Elements when I need my next massage!

I live nearby and wanted to find a regular massage place. I tried everything from Massage Envy to independent masseuses to spas looking for the right balance between quality and price. I’m pretty happy with this Elements. I have tried a few therapists now and they can range from average to very good. My favorite is Kristen, and I now see her monthly, and look forward to a relaxing massage!

They are always friendly and warm, and the therapists are good!

My wife and I booked massages here the other day, and we were quite happy with the experience.
Though we booked a couples’ massage, we were in separate rooms –it’s no issue, however, as I prefer massages in silence, and ultimately, we were just looking for a good place with a good massage.
My massage therapist was Adam, and he knew what he was doing. We booked under the introductory price (55 minutes for $ 49) and would have paid double for the quality that we got.
We’d be happy to go back. Massages vary greatly depending on the therapist. Maybe we both just lucked-​out, but we had a good experience, would recommend this place and will likely go again.

BUYER BEWARE! Please don’t go here — we were loyal customers and the therapists were good, but cancelled because of a financial hardship and Elements continued to charge my credit card even after I had faxed and called with my cancellation. After talking to Greg (owner’s son) to simply request a refund of the overcharge of $ 330, he stopped short of name calling but refused to give me a refund of my own money illegally stolen on my credit card — worse than fraud — robbery! Unethical businesses should not be in business! BEWARE!
