Do not ever use their moving services. I scheduled my move through their website after being unable to get anyone on the phone for weeks. Mike emailed me that I was «in the book.» I tried to contact them countless times after that via phone to confirm details and kept getting told to call back later. Eventually, Mike agreed to confirm my move date and details via text message. We set a time and date very explicitly that he agreed worked for his movers.
They did not show up the day of the move. Mike Kauffman did not answer my repeated phone calls. He also ignored numerous text messages. He is very active on the UHaul review site, so I know he is alive and well. He refuses still to answer any contact.
I cannot emphasize enough my advice to never use this moving company. They are beyond unprofessional. Mike Kauffman left me stranded without movers to move an entire house. It goes beyond unprofessionalism to a complete and utter disregard for others and their lives.

These guys are great. Very professional. I called them at the last minute when my other movers bailed on me. Kauffmans were there in record time. They unloaded my 26 foot Uhaul in 3 hours. I was very pleased with the service and will use them again. Thanks guys
