If you like negotiating a move via email, completing your own inventory list of items to be moved for the estimate, and juggling your move and personal life around «that next email»…this company is for you ! Clearly they do not need the local move business or someone would answer their business phone, someone would return your VM calls, and they would complete your move on the date as promised.

Broke our chair during move, said we would have to pay a deposit to get a check for it. Then never got the check. Crooks.

Horrid communication. Moving day is a stressful day and these guys make it 10x worse. No response to emails or calls. Find another company.

We had an excellent team of 3 handle our move from a Wyomissing apartment to storage area to Lancaster. These guys were professional, polite, funny, fast and excellent at their job! The hustle was crazy. The smiles and kindness made it even better. Super impressed and VERY satisfied! We’ve never used movers before. Hearing horror stories, we were scared and crazy impressed. Best service. Best crew. Thank you Lausch’s team… you treated us and our «stuff» better than awesome. We would recommend again and again.

God, if I could give these people LESS than one star, I would! They were 5 hours late yesterday (Nov. 18, 2011) to the move because they messed up my phone number, so they weren’t able to notify me that they were outside my building, and consequently, I had to wait for them to finish up another move AND get lunch.
The move itself was terrible– they damaged our brand new paint job and our doorframe that we just had installed. Then when I refused to pay for their shoddy work, they threatened not to take off the remainder of my property off of their truck unless I paid in full. The situation escalated to the point where I had to get the cops involved.
All in all, a horrible experience. If you like your walls damaged, and rude service, then these are definitely the people for you! Otherwise, please take your money, and your business elsewhere.
