Trever was professional about his services. After several changes in dates and times, he pruned our trees very nicely. Gave us discount for the changes in our dates and times. Overall pleased with his services.

I purchased a Groupon for this business to have them trim a tree I have. I tried for three months to have them come and do it. They put me off for three months and I. The end never came and I had to get my money back. I am so disappointed with this business and their customer service. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I bought the Groupon and after 3 months of me contacting Trever (who appears to be the proprietor & only employee), who repeatedly put me off with excuses if he bothered to answer me at all, I finally told him I expect the service I paid for to be rendered or I would pursue a refund. To this he replied «Go refund your Groupon then». This is 3 months after I paid. That is how he ran his business with me. If I steer even one person away from him, I’ll have done my part. There are plenty of qualified tree professionals in the valley, don’t work with Trever.
