Towing Utah

I cannot recommend this company enough. My husband’s car caught fire last night and obviously it’s completely undriveable. We later learned that we had until 10AM this morning to get the car off the street it was on or risk getting a ticket. We called Towing Utah and Terry was there within an hour. Terry was very friendly and good-​humored. I did things that should have annoyed him (For example, I took him to a dead end when leading the way to where I wanted the car. I mean, I should know how to get home, right? But he had to turn the tow truck around… He just laughed about it and wasn’t annoyed at all.). The price was great and did not increase as I expected it to after the car was more difficult to tow than anticipated (a curb was in the way, the car would not go into neutral, etc.).
Hopefully I won’t need a tow again any time soon, but if I do… I’m calling these guys!

Service is above and beyond. Terry not only took my dead car away, he brought it back fixed. If I ever need a tow again, I know for sure who I will call. A great experience.

I am so thankful Teri was available today! With it being Easter weekend he took time away from his family to help me out! Teri I can’t thank you enough for the kindness you have shown to me today! If I ever need a tow in the future I will definitely be calling you again!

A month ago I took a chance trying to drive my truck home with a bad alternator and 95% drained battery, truck died half way home during the rush hour. I found Terry on Unilocal because he is close and has ready good reviews. He came in less than 15 minutes. He first diagnosed the conditions to see if he could save me some money not have to use the towing, such a nice guy. After he dropped my truck at my drive way, he gave a good referral of mechanic in case I need it. Again super nice guy. Thanks Terry.

Thank you Unilocal for introducing me to a great business owner. Teri went above and beyond in customer service. He was diligent, courteous, introduced us to a great mechanic and really came through in a bad moment. Then the next day, he followed up to make sure the car was doing good at the mechanic. Best experience

Very very helpful and informative and was trying to help me find a reliable mechanic that was close. I am very glad that I found him and hope I would never have to but if I do I will definitely be calling towing Utah.

Tim turned and nightmare of a night into a pleasant morning. He was prompt in fact he was there within 30 minutes, his prices were more than reasonable. He was a voice of reason to help us figure out the best solution to our situation. I’m sorry it has taking me so long to get this review in but its one that is well deserved. He will definitely be the person I call when I need Towing in the future.

After my experience with Towing Utah I will only ever use them in the future! Terry is one of the most honest and trustworthy men I have worked with. He had my best interest in mind while helping me with my car and he ended up saving me possibly hundreds of dollars in shop fees. He is very knowledgeable and will take care of you fast! Got in a car crash and had to get a tow to help get me to my place. I couldn’t move my truck because a piece of metal was jabbed into my tire. They got me to a mechanic shop where they just dislodged the metal piece at no charge then jumped in my car and help with transmission fluid in my car. They are amazing I hope I never have to use a towing service again but if I do I would go with this guy. He is amazing!
