My wife and I have had the pleasure and opportunity to order jackets for a whole drill team from Chris at Letter Jacket Lounge and the experience has been very good overall. The only snag in the ordering process was that Chris was using a manufacturer that could not keep up with his orders so it put us back about a month in getting the jackets, since then he has switched companies and things are much better for timely service and quality in the products. Chris is very accommodating and friendly and will do whatever it takes to make things right. Good job working with crazy parents of high schoolers!
